Fully fenced in private yard with short grass, perfect for your pups to play fetch in. Two XL cooling dog beds, one with sunshade. Water bowls available for use, hose available for use and considering getting a baby pool on the consensus of the pups. 🐶 In-ground pool not for use but is gated within the yard. Paver patio with comfy seating for humans, and I have a few things in the yard for kids to play on. I do have two dogs of my own, a 16-year-old husky mix and a five-year-old boxer mix who will remain inside during use. There are two gates that you can choose from to come in, one is 10 feet wide if you would like to pull your car in. We’re on a dead end also so parking is a breeze. My wife and I did a lot of work in this backyard. We did it for our three grandchildren who are all full grown now. So we decided to open it up for others to enjoy please bring your dog let him or her run around. There's a bucket with dog toys there's a bowl for water please dump it when you are done and return all the toys back to the bucket.

The field is connected to a building that is currently not in use. There is an overhang that covers a small portion of the field for sun shade and weather protection. Please do not drive across the bridge - foot traffic only! I know it’s tempting to explore the surrounding acreage on property, however off leash exploring is NOT allowed in the acreage surrounding the field!
