The pups: Included:Toys, water, treats, yard, playground access,scooper with bags. *You are responsible for picking up after your dog*-the yard is checked before and after each visit. 🚨pool access for dogs is an additional charge. It a costly upkeep for daily maintenance. Please see extras.🚨 The humans: Included-Water, snacks, games, basketball court, playground, lounge chairs to take the sun included. You can also sit in the many options of shaded areas or rest at the firepit in a beautiful Adirondack chair. Welcome to Brookside! This fenced in field is located on the lower half of my property. Set up with 6 foot fencing, this field is secure and ready for pups to play. The field is connected to a building that is currently not in use. There is an overhang that covers a small portion of the field for sun shade and weather protection. Please do not drive across the bridge - foot traffic only! I know it’s tempting to explore the surrounding acreage on property, however off leash exploring is NOT allowed in the acreage surrounding the field! If your pup would like to swim in the brook, please reach out to me for info on how to access the water!

My wife and I did a lot of work in this backyard. We did it for our three grandchildren who are all full grown now. So we decided to open it up for others to enjoy please bring your dog let him or her run around. There's a bucket with dog toys there's a bowl for water please dump it when you are done and return all the toys back to the bucket.
