Welcome! Our place is fully fenced with mesh wire. We have two husky mixes (who you won’t see or probably hear) who love the space and haven’t managed to find any gap in the fences to escape. Once you enter, the whole place is for you to enjoy, including the fenced-in meadow, front and back around the house. Having two reactive dogs, I understand the significance of providing them with a safe space to unwind. We will never come out when you are here without prior communication. I have a spacious back yard that is fully fenced and secure for peace of mind! There is furniture for humans to sit and rest on as well. The yard slopes upward and is tiered, as you can see in the picture. Your dog will have multiple levels and terrains to explore- grass, gravel, wood, deck, pavers, and many levels to sniff and check out! Access to the yard: can access the yard either through the driveway on the right of the house and the fence into the yard there (good for dogs with mobility issues, as it is slanted), or up the steps in front of the house and through the gate on the left of the house!

Our family has lived and worked this farm since 1912. Originally the fields were used to grow peas (1940's), dairy (1950-1960's), black angus (1970-1980's), hogs & dairy replacement heifers (1990's), fresh culinary herbs for the grocery stores (last 30 years). Every year the location you are at floods and holds at least 3 feet of water for a few days a year. The property has held events from town picnics in the 1930's, hoedowns in the 70's and a traveling circus in the 1980's. It is perfectly located 1 minute from Duvall and 25 minutes from Redmond. This helps to ensure the property remains poop-free. Our completely fenced 1.3 acre Sniffspot and completely fenced property perimeter gives you peace of mind that your pups are safe and secure as you let them play and explore. With a gently sloping pasture for running, trees and stumps for exploring, and low-level agility equipment to build confidence on, your fur baby is sure to find something that sparks their interest. When the temps start reaching 80°, the kiddie pool will come out to refresh your pup's paws! The pool will be filled on these hot days sometime between 10:00 and noon and emptied every evening. If you would like a fresh fill for your pup(s) visit, filled for a morning visit or on a day that temps are below 80°, please add it as an "extra" for $6. If we are unable to offer fresh fills on a particular day, the "extra" toggle will be disabled.  Although completely fenced, supervision is always recommended. Big yard with lots of places to run, sniff, play, and explore! Shady and sunny areas. Yard NEVER muddy. Sloped with big trees and evergreen needles covering dirt. Lots of sticks for carrying and chewing. Most dogs are very interested in my shed. At least 1 bunny lives underneath. If you have a digger, hunter, critter-playing dog, I would love for them to erase my nuisance that eats a few of my plants in my yard. Also, willing to dogsit any delightful dogs at my house if you need someone to watch your dog.

Please note that our property can be difficult to find from the main road. Our house # sign is posted on a tree right outside the driveway and we have a lovely Japanese maple off the street. Hopefully that helps! We have about 1/2 an acre of grassy lawn in a fully fenced area at the front of our 5 acre property. It’s a space that our goats and dogs sometimes hang out in so there are a couple pallets hidden in the grass and a bench. There’s an outdoor water spigot nearby for water play or drinking water for your pup! Let us know if you want a kiddie pool for play, too. We also have a creek in our yard that we offer for an extra fee to sniffspot users. Only available during Spring and Summer :) As another extra we sell farm fresh eggs for $8/dozen. They come unwashed as to protect the bloom of the egg, but we can happily wash them for you if you prefer. Send me a message and we can arrange an egg drop-off in the sniffspot area so you can pick them up during your visit!
