FULL BACKYARD overhaul! BRAND NEW May 2023! Welcome to my clean, comfy and spacious yard! Year round enjoyment for owners and pups. Lots of places to lounge; away from weather and bugs! Surrounded by mature trees, we're quiet; tucked away in the Four Seasons neighborhood in the heart of Sycamore Square. Huge, fully fenced in (6 feet privacy) backyard with ample space to roam, sniff and RUN! Fully Enclosed Outdoor gazebo with solar lights! 4 oversized lounge chairs and a table with room for dogs to lay down! Great windbreaker. Waterproof. Custom outdoor benches surrounding the serene firepit with open seating, foot rest, cup holders and corner tables! For the ultimate adventure with THE EXTRAS could have the warmth and serenity of a Fire in the large firepit as well, surrounded by ample, group seating with cup holders and corner tables I'm very responsive to messages and inquiries, limited spots available

Hazards

Lots of mature oak trees and pines making lots of acorns and pine needles, but we are diligent on raking weekly to ensure upkeep. Yard is flat closest to the house but sloped up towards the back part of the fence.

Extras

Fire pit use$44

Fire source included for ignition. Tall; assembled with thick pavers so dogs noses don't get burnt, complete with a custom bench for multiple seating. Dry firewood to build your own 3-log, small fire. Please adhere to size of fire requirements at each visit to ensure proper safety standards are met. Extinguish before leaving

Park on street. Do not walk on front yard grass - brand new Sod trying to take root! Entrance: Use rock path to enter LEFT side gate "pooper - scooper" tool available with large trash can for waste pick up. Please pickup immediately on Artificial Grass/Astroturf

I have an adorable little puppy, Bo, who would love to come and Introduce himself!
