My dog will be kept in the house and you shouldn’t be able to see her. The neighbor two doors down has two dogs that are sometimes out they will occasionally bark through the fence but will leave you alone after a few seconds. There is a small dog in the house behind us he is shy and will run away when he sees another dog in our yard.

Please come let your pups run around in our large Lakeside yard! Our 3 pups (sometimes 4 if we have a foster) love all the open space, so we hope yours will too. We will try to always leave a towel and some little treats up on the deck, so you’re more than welcome to help yourself to anything up there! There should be a basket of toys and baggies, so feel free to use any of it plus the pooper scoopers/hose etc.

You are welcome to use the space for your furry friends. Max of 4 dogs at this time. This is a nice quiet neighborhood where families frequently walk their dogs so be aware there is the potential to see and hear other dogs in the surrounding area. For safety, please keep the pups on a leash as you enter and exit the yard! I provide a water bowl, toys, doggy bags, a trash can, and lots of land for the pups to roam around on and for the humans there are two chairs, an umbrella, and a calm place to sit back and relax for a bit. Dogs love my sniff-tastic space! I hope you'll visit my large, fully enclosed half-acre yard. It has everything a pup could ask for: an open clearing for zoomies or game of fetch, shady woods and nooks and crannies to investigate, SO MANY critter sniff trails, and dirt, leaves and grass to dig in! It's also a great space for humans of all sizes to explore! You can even try your hand at a game of bocci ball while you're here in our gravel court! Easy side-street parking on Kamankeag makes accessing the yard through the back gate a piece of cake! *OUR FENCING IS NOT SUITABLE FOR VERY SMALL DOGS OR ESCAPE ARTISTS.*

Fenced back yard with a large screen porch for the humans. No lock on the fence, so even if I’m not here, the yard will be accessible. Large private driveway.

Tentative hours: Monday - Friday 9 am - 6 pm. Saturday/Sunday mornings 8:30 am - 11 am We plan to stay open this winter but will be closed during inclement weather and if the ground is wet to protect our lawn and prevent muddy spots. Hot drinks (tea and hot chocolate) come standard with visits on days below 45 degrees. Stay warm! Hi! I'm Alyssa, a rescue dog owner with a ~1/3 acre yard perfect for your dog to enjoy! We have a mix of gardens, grass, mulch, and leaf areas great for sniffing and playing fetch and a bin full of fun toys and treats. We have a special basket of small dog toys upon request. We provide cold water for humans, bug spray, and hand sanitizer. We spray our yard every 5 weeks with a natural oil mix to help reduce mosquitos, fleas, and ticks. Reactive dog owners should note that our neighbors on both sides have dogs that may or may not be outside during your visit. They are all friendly but will probably bark to say hello or run the fenceline with your dog. (No dogs live in the yard with the chain link which is newly covered). I recommend leaving your dog on a leash to walk the yard perimeter and ensure they're ok with neighbors' dogs. We provide a bucket of extra treats to help with training and distraction. Our girl loves a "sniffari" where you hide treats around the yard to sniff out. ⭐️ Important notes ⭐️ 🐶 All dogs must be FULLY vaccinated (Rabies, Parvo, Bordetella, DHPP, Lepto encouraged) Please do not book unless you are sure your dog has all their shots. Puppies less than 4 months old that are still building up vaccines should stay at home. 🐕🦺 Dogs MUST be leashed when entering and exiting the yard. Our neighbor across the street has a few outdoor cats we want to keep safe and our neighbors walk their dogs on the street. 🍃 Please do not let your dog eat or chew any of the plants in the yard. No excessive digging. 🌻 Please do not enter the gated garden area on the other side of the house. (There are no birds in the coop right now) Per Sniffspot's rules, no alcohol is allowed, and please no smoking. 🚩 We reserve the right to ban any guests who break these rules. Hello! Welcome to our yard! Fully fenced, partially grassed. We have a strip of concrete down the middle but that doesn’t stop the zoomies! Trash can on premises to throw your dog poop away, please bring bags or text me if you don’t have any with you. I will be purchasing some dog toys and will have those available for use! Dog water bowl provided, there is a hose if you need more water. We are usually home if you need anything!
