55One of the best Sniffspots I’ve been too my pup loved it
55Great location, nice area to hike around, and plenty of space for larger groups of pups!!
55Loved it!!
55Beautiful rugged property!! My dog is part mountin goat and loved going up and down the hills. (A decent people work out too!) Ryan is super kind and the water bowl and treats are so sweet.
45Ryan was super nice when she met us for our first visit. It was foggy when we started but cleared up while we were there for some great views. The reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 was due to there being a limited amount of designated walking space that was easy to get around (maybe a 30 min walk). The rest of the property while accessible, had a ton of weeds/thorns woven into the grass and stumps/branches all over that kept sticking to my pants and tripping my footing if I wasn’t watching super closely. If you like getting out into the middle of nowhere and roaming, could be great for someone else tho!
55Such great places for the dogs to be explore and sniff. We loved it!!
55Beautiful rugged land. My family had a great time even in the rain and fog. Host was so kind. Thank you!
55So much fun on this foggy, cold morning. No views obviously today but we had plenty of things to do here, and we have a nice and tired border collie now. We will definitely be back. Appreciate the hose to get the mud off. Thank you.
55Great spot for a little adventure. Varying landscape and terrain, and lots of room to roam. Super quiet and secluded. My dog had a great time. Definitely recommend hiking boots for this spot. Host was kind. It was fogged in, so no views to appreciate. Would love to come back on a clearer day. Thanks!
55Great as always!

Nature in the City Private Dog Park

Nature in the City is a unique Private Dog Park that is 1 1/2 acres of beautiful natural land with varied landscapes. Step out of the city and into our natural setting that features different areas including 2 grassy fields perfect for fetch w/discs, ropes, or toys, (balls are not best here due to all of the surrounding bushes), a couple of forested areas, a tall grassy wetland-like area, several nature trails for hiking adventures where your dog(s) can explore, run & feel free, and a healthy little creek that’s a hit with the pups. They can wade, cool off, and drink from the natural water. Your dogs will have so many different sniffing and secure off-leash exploring opportunities here! Our spot is so much more than just a fenced field! The area is diverse and so much fun for your dog(s)! This is a great spot to work on recall. There are a couple areas on the trails that are a little steep, there’s a trail where you have to walk on logs 🪵, and the little creek has to be stepped over, so people with limited mobility may have issues in these areas of the spot. There are plenty of spaces and trails that are suitable for all abilities. If you’re looking for a basic fenced field to play chuck-it then this probably isn’t your spot. We are continually working on our property, so every time you visit it will have more open space, more trails, and the blackberry bushes will be trimmed back. We provide a rain/sun shelter with 4 foldable chairs and lots of supplies including dog toys & balls, poop bags, hand sanitizer, natural bug spray, wipes, hand towels, first aid kit, and a cornhole yard game. Located outside are 2 zero-gravity reclining chairs, a kids size picnic table, and fresh drinking water for your pups. There are open areas with sun ☀️, and there is shade all day due to many large trees. Our property is fully secure with 5 to 6 ft fencing. We walk the fence line regularly and check to make sure it’s secure. We are located close-in on the Westside of Vancouver one mile from I-5 on 78th Street in West Hazel Dell near Felida. *It gets muddy in areas when it has been wet/raining outside. Come prepared so you enjoy your visit. **We just added 6 solar flood lights in the main field area for those of you who need to visit after dark. They light up the entryway, main field, and the shelter. Thank you!
