This fully fenced in yard is the ultimate oasis. Walk your dog on over and relax next to Ford Lake with optional usage of the fire pit, fridge, and tiki torches. We also have two playgrounds for younger children to enjoy. There's also a scooper, dog poop station, and toys available for you to use. Wifi is available free for guests. Connection information will be sent during your booking. Need to charge your phone or use an outlet? Feel free to plug-in to our outdoor receptacles. Need to run your dog at night? Not a problem! We have exterior lights we can turn on both by the lake and near the house that will give you more than enough light to see. There's also solar lights placed throughout the yard. While we don't specifically have an outdoor restroom, if you need to use the restroom, message us and we can let you inside. Dogs must remain outside while you use the facilities. Stay for an hour or have an evening relaxing by the lake with your pup.
Welcome! We are working hard to make our peaceful, quiet 12 acres into a beautiful park. You are welcome at any time, day or night, to walk, run, bike, ski or snowshoe with your dogs. We no longer have any pets-- no more dogs, horses, chickens, or other livestock. We are often visited by deer and groundhogs. Although we have 12 acres, the house and barn are in the middle of it, so you may see the house from many areas during your visit. Usually, we are working inside or we are away and we keep most of the curtains closed. We may use the driveway or receive a delivery. Future plans include clearing the West trails, planting more evergreens, and making an indoor play space in the barn. Our park will continue to improve -- it is a work in progress! We took lots of pictures and will continue to add them. We want you to know as much as possible about the site before you come here for your visit. We welcome your suggestions on how to improve.
Welcome to our private, .5-acre fully fenced play space, perfect for your dog(s) to explore and enjoy some off-leash freedom! The fencing ranges from 3.5 to 4 feet high, consisting of privacy wood, doubled chicken wire, and cattle wire, ensuring safety for your furry friend. The yard is equipped with chairs, a table, kids' toys, a trampoline, and even a water hose/sprinkler/wading pool for water fun! What's Included: Completely fenced yard Lake access (recall is essential) Swampy in summer — perfect for a muddy adventure! Nearby bike path visible at the gate Neighbor's dog sometimes audible, but generally quiet area Outdoor hose and water available during the summer months Tables, trampoline, and fire pit (feel free to use!) Blackstone griddle for your cooking needs Indoor restroom available—just knock! If you want to socialize, my dog LOVES other dogs, but if you'd prefer privacy, the yard will be entirely yours during the visit. You might spot deer at dusk, adding to the charm! 🚪 Private entry: Enter the spot at your convenience. Just lift the gate and push it in! This is privately owned land in Chelsea and will allow you to take your dog for a run in a mowed area with sections of long grass and also for a run through the woods. The wooded area has a significant amount of wetland that the doggies love to get filthy in so bring towels if you expect your dogs to run in the woods. You may see deer and other wild animals on the property. This is an awesome spot to take your pupper out in the wilds for a truly unique dog park experience. My puppers have a blast whenever we bring them out - and so does my 15 year old son. Please be careful on the wooded path as there are a lot of trip hazards in the form of dead trees and logs.
We offer our 18 acres fenced in area. We specialize in reactive and fearful dogs. We understand the challenges of having a dog that is scared and how important is to have a place in which you can relax and enjoy him/her/them instead of being hypervigilant looking for triggers 24/7. And moreover, we want your dog(s) to have a place in which he/she/they can be happy and have fun instead of being constantly looking for triggers and feel stressed out. Here you will see no triggers (but a chicken or turkey here and there, which would probably add to the enrichment experience) We hope you can relax and enjoy playing with your dog and have him/her/them go home tired, satisfied and happy. As extras, your dog(s) will still be able to smell different animals like deer, turkey, squirrels, snakes, frogs, and also play in our small agility area. You will not have to see any dogs while being here, no worries we have you cover. There are picnic tables for owners to sit at and a lot of room for dogs to explore!
2.5 fenced acres with a picnic table. Wildlife in and around the park. Plenty of space for your pup to run around and play and you to walk if desired. We provide poo bags, trash, and a bowl if you bring water. Please pick up after your babies. Take the easement down from the cul de sac and parking is to the left of gate in yard. We have construction going on at the property about a few hundred feet away. Loud noises and/or equipment may be heard and or seen. Thank you!
We plan on staying open year round as long as weather permits. As the weather is changing and days are getting shorter please book no later than 5pm. 🐶 If you are looking for a quiet and secluded place for your fur babies to play you have found the right spot. This is a great spot for reactive dogs and non socials as I am situated on 5 acres and 2 of the acres are fully fenced for the SniffSpot. My neighbors are very spaced out as well, so u have a very quiet visit. Also a great spot for training ( we have added agility equipment, we have 2 huge tires and an A Frame ladder).
