This is a 2 acre wooded loop on Mt Scott. Our property bumps up against the Wahoo nature reserve is very private, shaded by large trees and well maintained. Our dog loves the woods and creek. We decided to open it to the community so other dogs and their families can enjoy it.

What we offer: ✔️ Large fully fenced pasture ✔️ Large parking area for easy parking and multiple guests. ✔️ Private entrance straight to the pasture. ✔️ Open barn for shade ✔️ Chairs and table ✔️ Waste bags and trashcan for easy clean up and disposal. ✔️ 5 gallon spring bottled water jug for dogs and humans ( BYOB , bring your own bowl / bottle ). ✔️ Clean field ✔️ Mowed weekly What we don't offer due to unhygienic/ sanitary reasons. ❌ Water bowl ❌ Toys Our place is best for dogs 20Lbs and up, smaller breeds would be able to slip under our gates If they really wanted to. Large full fenced yard. NO ALCOHOL ALLOWED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. You don’t have to bring a dog. If you just want to chill by yourself for an hour or so, just say you’re bringing a dog and don’t. 🥰

(Note: Bring boots and a rag. Currently muddy. There is a hose to wash off afterwards.) Relax with your pooch in a hidden valley away from street noise in our private dog park called The Dog-Out! Sit in the woodsy A-frame hut, out of the sun or rain while your pups explores the 1/3 acre area. Sit at the picnic table and share lunch together. Need to get out some energy? Run your dog through all the agility obstacles! A Saw-Dust Toilet Outhouse is available for your convenience. See pictures. It’s there incase you need it. Coming Soon: a swing-set for the kids, more obstacles, more toys. Dogs are free to dig as much as they want! Our farm is 1/2 mile down a private drive. The Sniffspot is at our property entrance along our driveway. There’s a mini-Aussie that lives in the white house 500 ft away from the Sniffspot. Large fully fenced yard available for your pups! You can park on the left side of the driveway. Then go around the left side of the house, lift the latch and enter the space. Human items: There is a hammock that you are welcome to use, along with other outdoor furniture, like a couch, table and lounge chairs. There are a number of different seating areas. I’ve put out water bottles and hand sanitizer, and the WiFi info is posted. Doggy items: There are baggies and dog bowls for water/food. FYI: The bins for garbage, recycle and compost are on the side of the house. (You’ll see them as you come around the side of the house, as you walk-in) Also, I just got a new hose for water. You’ll find it on the side of the shed. Enjoy!

Hi! My name is Theresa. I recently started my sniffspot and love sharing my property with you and your doggos to enjoy. We will provide you and your best friend ( friends) with two acres of fully fenced property for your dogs to run free! Part of the property is Forest, where your dogs can forage, roam amongst the trees, dig, or just take in all the smells. Our visitors tell us It's the best of both worlds with the woods to roam and open areas to play fetch or practice on some of the agility equipment . Our space is very peaceful and beautiful, with lots of texture. We have a shade (or rain) canopy with a picnic table under it, fresh water, toys, and poop bags. :) I have 3 dogs that roam the upper 2 acres of the property. Sterling (border collie) Piper (border collie) and our newest member Wriggley ( husky mix) SHE was supposed to be a foster dog, but we fell in love with her... If your dogs roam up to the very edge of the Woods where the 4 acres are divided, they may see or hear my pups if they are outside. My pups may also bark for a minute as you play in the grass area down below if they see you. The property adjacent to us is the home of two nice dogs. They are very friendly. If our neighbors let them into their back field, there is a chance you and your dog will see them. Those same neighbors also have some piglets that are sometimes allowed to roam on the back end of their property. There is a chance you will catch them romping around. We hope to see you soon!

Hello there, we have a lovely backyard completely pup friendly as we have two of our own. Lots of room to explore and run around. We are fully fenced in. We have a back porch where you can sit and relax in our egg chair or on our outdoor couch. There is a coffee table as well if you want to bring your laptop and work while your puppy explores.

PLEASE TELL YOUR FRIENDS TOO IF THEY'RE MEETING YOU HERE. THANK YOU!! Upon entering, you won’t be able to see the people or dogs in field one (F1) while you are in F2. Maybe just a glimpse of them when they are arriving or leaving their cars from a distance. We have buildings and trees that separate the two. We offer poop bags all around the field, and a garbage can for your use (used poop bags only please). If you happen to see a pile someone missed, please help us out, but PLEASE BE AWARE OF YOUR PETS AND PICK UP AFTER THEM, TOYS TOO!!!. Thank you so much for your cooperation! We also provide a large fence attached bowl and water hose, balls/chukits and fun toys, comfy swing, and plenty of tables/benches. ALSO, if you'd like to have an event on our farm anywhere, we can discuss your wants and make something work for you. We also host overnight stays in two cottages we have on the property. BUT, you CANNOT bring your pets here to stay the night. We want to keep the cottages pristine and dander free for our Airbnb glamping guests that book here. Thanks for reading! We are located on 45 acres of private farm land. A wide path leads to the Clackamas River. The pasture isn’t fenced but is surrounded in blackberries and brush. Very private.

Welcome to Thayer Ridge Acres, a fully fenced acre in Oregon City located within a short mile of Clackamas Community College and Berry Hill Shopping Center. The property is a perfect pup playground, with a large grass field and a small stand of Douglas Fir trees for shade at the entrance. The fence is secure two-inch mesh for safety. Enjoy our toys, water hose and bowl, and open space to run free! Dog Moms and Dads can take a break from throwing the ball at the table in the shade.
