Sit in the woodsy A-frame hut, out of the sun or rain while your pups explores the 1/3 acre area. Sit at the picnic table and share lunch together. Need to get out some energy? Run your dog through all the agility obstacles! A Saw-Dust Toilet Outhouse is available for your convenience. See pictures. It’s there incase you need it. Come enjoy our large back yard, ideal for playing and doggy enrichment! I tend to only mow part of the yard so there will be a variety of lengths of grass- great for dogs to explore. At night lots of wildlife visit the yard so there will be lots of fun scents for doggies to smell! And the whole thing is very securely fenced with chain link. The back patio is covered and has lawn chairs on it, feel free to unfold and use those. When you come in the side gate you'll see a hose on the side of the house, feel free to use that - to to give your dog a drink, wash off feet, or cool off in the summer. (Hose will be turned off in winter. In summer it might not be coiled up but feel free to move it around wherever you like). I try to have a trash bin accessible on the back porch. Sometimes the porch is a bit disorganized or I forget to put it back. If you can't find it, feel free to use the big bin by the gate (the smaller blue one is the trash).

Our yard is mostly grass with some trees for shade, chairs and a hammock for humans, and plenty of privacy for all. Fences are solid wood, 6 feet tall all around. Our pup, Major, will be indoors (unless you request a play with him - he's a friendly golden retriever). We'll keep the curtains closed for your privacy, but he may sneak a peak to say hi through the window. If you have a reactive dog and would like our dog completely out of sight, message me and I can accommodate that with prior notice. There are neighbors on the side with dogs that your pup may see arriving to the spot. Plenty of parking in front of the house. Private side yard entrance to the right of the house by the garage. Please use what you see available - pooper scooper and dog bags on the patio, toys throughout the yard, towels, hose and water station for pups, garbage bin on your way out at the side of the house.

Magickal Ladybug Haven is a little slice of Heaven on Earth, conveniently located 2 miles from the city center of Newberg off Hwy 240 and Red Hills Road. I have a lounge in the open air barn for you to relax, enjoy your coffee or wine. There is a view of the top pasture. I also have a large table with chairs under the Old Oak Tree with view of lower pasture. Please bring acrylic glasses as I do not permit glass in the area. I have 2 horses in the front pasture, you will see when driving down the cathedral tree lined driveway. I ask you to go slow as we do have barn cats, critters, and a 15 year old rescue American Staffordshire, whose deaf and his hind end is a bit shaky. He will be in/or put in when you arrive with your dog(s). Due to this spot being my horses' rotation pasture, PLEASE, NO Diggers. I won't risk an injury to myself or my horses by an unseen hole. Thank you in advance! Please clean the dookie (poop) up if your dog goes dookie in the pasture, like you would the dog park or at home. It's no fun for anyone who steps in it (it's not like horse poop at all, as you know). There are other people, dogs, myself and my horses and my mower that are now enjoying/using this space. I have a lined trash can in the open air barn and extra dookie bags hanging above the trash can. If you have forgotten yours, please use on of ours. Thank You in advance! There are times that I may have to do work on the property, or someone in the household may be out on the veranda of our house, or have to come or go during your reservation. Our cars are parked on the asphalt between open air barn and our garage. We are always respectful, and will attempt not to have anything major going on during your reservation. This is our home and farm and are happy to share...and please realize we live here. If there is an issue with this, please book another location. So appreciated! I do have an Airbnb room on site and may have a guest. There are no dogs or children allowed in the house as my rescue dog's trauma was with kids and other dogs. It's his house. There is mud on the other side of gate opening and in pasture when it rains, just so you are aware. I have an additional property/risk waiver for you to sign at check in. Welcome to Two Sisters Dog Park. We have a perfect little slice of freedom for your pupper! There is a fenced area for those that are still learning and a wide open play area for those that are okay off leash and want to get the lead out. As a working hobby farm we are constantly working on the property, but we will always be respectful and give you privacy. If you or your dog wants to say hello or has any questions about the animals/property, we are here, just give a wave or a holler. Please make sure all dogs and people visiting are respectful of the farm animals. We have goats, chickens, and turkeys fenced in along the dog area. We have a roaming farm cat. We have bee hives on property but away from the dog area. We do have a Rough Collie puppy on site. He is indoors but is 99% interested in running around if your dog would like a companion.
