15 acres completely fenced in with a large pond (approximately 4 acres), and a stream. The pond is spring fed with fish and other aquatic wildlife. Dogs are welcome to swim in the pond or splash in the stream. The property also features an 18 hole private disc golf course and an option to fish.

My name is Lindy and I was a dog mom of 2 beautiful Angels that are now together forever, they passed 2 years apart and with this most recent loss of my Great Dane I like a good reason to keep up with our yard for a dog still. They had lots of fun and exercises and sunbathing back here and they would hate for it to go to waste! I live in a quiet safe neighborhood that misses the barking in my back yard, high privacy fence to deter jumping and great for throwing balls! Separate Private entrance through the garage of house. A small pool for dogs filled upon request, Sun Deck with chairs and table for lunch, Sun Bathing, etc. Fire pit ok to use! Working on getting it well lit for night visits which are also encouraged because my neighbors are great and don't mind:) Check out our Spot! 2.5 fenced acres with a picnic table. Wildlife in and around the park. Plenty of space for your pup to run around and play and you to walk if desired. We provide poo bags, trash, and a bowl if you bring water. Please pick up after your babies. Take the easement down from the cul de sac and parking is to the left of gate in yard. We have construction going on at the property about a few hundred feet away. Loud noises and/or equipment may be heard and or seen. Thank you!

Hi! We have two Australian Shepherds. An 8 year old blue merle (Elvira) and a 2 year old red merle (Roary). We are a huge dog loving family, and we'd love to welcome other floofs to our yard. ALL BREEDS WELCOME. 💕 We lived in an apartment for many years with our floofs, so we know how it is not to have your own yard for your fur kids. My husband and I both work in the medical field and would love to allow other dogs to use our space to run and play freely. The yard has privacy fencing all around, and chances are there will already be plenty of tennis balls and other toys around. Feel free to use the pool, and if you'd like to use the fire pit just let us know prior to your visit. If you have any questions or other requests, please let us know. 🙂

Monarch Hills Farm Private Dog Trails With Lake View In Holly

Enjoy a beautiful walk on a network of trails that traverse rolling hills in and out of the forest. At the back of the property, you will enjoy some of the best and most private scenery in Oakland County. As summer turns to fall there are a lot fewer bugs and beautiful color changes. Some trees are changing already. Please stay on the cleared paths on the West side and South portion of the property due to work being done on other sections. There are wooden arrow signs that help you navigate to the back of the property and back to the parking area. Thank you. (We are currently expanding and connecting the trails, as well as clearing the views to the lake and river, so watch for some nice additions in the future.)
