Hazards

Be on the lookout for eagles and hawks if you have a small dog. I've noticed that the tend to soar in circles in the sky when they looking for prey. We have a lot of bald eagles here on the peninsula, and they can easily pick up a little dog. Checking the sky periodically while you play is advised.

We are so happy to host you and your sweet fur baby in our yard. Please be our guest and make yourself at home, but have a look at our policies. Thank you and we hope you come again! We're open from 8 am - 7 pm. No smoking/vaping on the property. No drinking alcoholic beverages. Please, no loud vulgar language. Guests must stay inside designated stiff spot area while on the property. Park in the cul-de-sac. No parking in the driveway. Close both gates when you leave. Please keep your dog(s) leashed when on the premises outside of the designated, fenced, area. Shoes recommended. Do not leave children unattended. Trampoline is available for use with the condition of a signed waiver - msg me to receive waiver for electronic signature. Clean up after your dog. Trash may be disposed on property from whatever you're using while in the yard (e.g. take-out food garbage, dog poop bags.. note: cans go in recycle ♻️ bin will be provided for cans, bottles, plastic, and cardboard.) This neighborhood is a family friendly neighborhood, sound carries throughout the cul-de-sac. Respectful volume is appreciated.
