There is a short walk from your car, over fairly smooth grass. The pasture has a small slope with flatter areas towards the bottom. I am working on adding shade cloth and other amenities. Watch the eagles overhead, a red-tailed hawk (usually being followed by a crow) and the occasional sea plane.

Dogs LOVE to run laps in my yard! Off the top deck, around the trees to the 150' long back fence, to the lower deck and up the stairs back to the top deck. Can throw balls long distances. :) Yard NEVER muddy. Sloped with big trees and evergreen needles covering dirt. Lots of sticks for carrying and chewing. Check out this fully-fenced third of an acre backyard with a variety of grass, dirt, and weeds hanging out, at the moment. Lots of room for your pups to run, play fetch and roll around. There’s a spigot and a dog bowl for your pups to use as needed, and poop bags and a trash bin for your convenience. Please pick up poop before you head home for the day. ❤️ Please park on the grassy curb off of 126th and walk your pups east on 126th to the chain link fence gate by the big cedar tree! That’s the easiest entry point. 👍 🚌 School is back in session, and there’s a school bus stop on the other side of my fence. We have 4 acres with creek running in front of our property along the road. The road is a two lane road with a speed limit of 25. Our road dead end at a kids summer camp (2miles away). We do have two dogs that play regularly in our backyard and love to zoom around and play ball. It’s about 7-10 degrees cooler at our place with many trees. We do have people walking down the road and back, some walking dogs. Closest neighbor is an acre away but voices carry so you do hear people talking sometimes.

Chase some balls, dig for moles, wrestle around and have fun!!! NOTE: Google Maps gives bad directions! Google says my driveway is off the neighbors Private road labeled 121 dr. My Driveway Entrace is ON 84th St. Look for the pink mailbox with white vynyl fence. See pictures. Field Access is private entrance from the right back side of shop through chain link gate. Parking is on the front right side of shop, in front of chainlink gate. Field gets very soft and wet when raining, suggest to wear waterproof shoes and towels for Fido. I have a separate fenced backyard for my Fido. There is a chainlink fence on one side with visibility to the neighbors backyard with chickens, dogs, and children.
