This was my first sniffspot experience and my dog and I both had a blast! The house was easy to find, the numbers are super clear on the side of the house. The yard is well maintained and the perfect size for playing fetch or just letting your dog sniff around and do their thing. The views from the yard are absolutely stunning! We went down to the beach when the tide was an 8.5 and the water was just barely touching the bottom of the stairs. There was still a section of beach on either side of the stairs that was about 5'x10' which was plenty of room for her to dig and shake before jumping back into the water. The waves are strong but my dog is pretty big (100+ lbs) and she didn't have an issue. It was a perfect way to spend part of the afternoon and we will definitely be booking again!

Wonderful spot, lots to sniff. Perfect access to beach, but worth being mindful if you struggle with stairs but perfect for most people! Noni had a blast and Milo hopped around carefree! Easy access and view was spectacular.

This is a nice yard with a beautiful view. Our puppy loved running around. We went down to the water. The stairs are kinda steep but manageable. The owner was very nice and quick to respond. It was a little confusing at first when we got there. Didn’t have a sniff spot sign, so we were not sure if we were walking into someone else’s yard.

Such a great spot!! Fully fenced and down the stairs to the back is a fantastic little beach! Be careful, the stairs down to the beach get really steep and they might not be the best for senior dogs or dogs with mobility issues.

It was great to have a much needed break during our drive to our camping spot and this Sniffspot hit the mark. This is a wonderful place. The hosts are very thoughtful. Fresh water, even home made dog biscuits on occasion. There is open space and shrubbery to explore. Recommended.

Make sure all 4 gates are closed before letting your dogs off leash! This spot was beautiful with many lawn daisies and plenty of room for zoomies and good sniffs. Some areas of the ground are a bit soft, but not muddy, so wear good shoes.
