55Very clean, cute little yard. Pretty view as the sun rises. Please take caution if your dog has sensitive feet/joints as the yard has (smooth) rock paths to halt erosion.
55Exactly as advertised. Perfect for me to introduce my Buster dog to my parents dog.
45Great experience overall! Secure fencing and plenty of room to run around! Only downsides were the lack of lighting (we foolishly came after the sun went down so that’s on us) and the mushrooms growing all around the property (which our puppy desperately wanted to eat). We will definitely come again!
55Really nice peaceful and cute little back yard, fully fenced with plenty of places to sniff and comfy chairs for the humans

Description

Hello, Welcome to my fully fenced yard in SE Portland! My cute little backyard is nestled in the Richmond Neighborhood. With a fully fenced (some wood privacy, some chain link non privacy) yard, your pup will be fully secluded from any other dogs and/or animals. None of my neighbors have dogs so your pup won't hear or see any other dogs. A neighbor near me has chickens but you cannot see them and only on a rare occasion hear them. Your pup can enjoy a safe spot to frolic and play. This yard is perfect for reactive dogs or dogs who just want to stretch their legs. Dog water provided. We also have a pooper scooper and silver trash receptacle for waste disposal.

Hi, My name is Cynthia! I love dogs and have been a Rover host for about a year. I have an 11yo female American Staffordshire Terrier who would love to play with your pup if you would like (Shay, note her showing off her yard in all of my pics). My yard is fully fenced and very dog friendly. I have had about 8 dogs over with my Rover job from Boston terriers to large golden doodles. I'm located in inner SE Portland near Powell and Cesar Chavez. I would love to host you and your pup!

3 separate fields- field 1: closest to busy road, least suitable for free-roam incase of delivery or neighbor utilizing third gate on easement. I consider this “the buffer zone”. Best suited for dogs with proper recall skills. Field 2: the best field! It is completely fenced in, private, and safe for dogs 15lbs and up- smaller dogs such as our 9lb dog need to wear a device to recall because fencing is large enough for them to escape through. It is sloped, which is excellent for exercise! There are trees blocking our house and windows for privacy, easy gate access, and accessible water. There is a nice view of Mt. Hood, and a couple of log benches around the property. Field 3: through the first two fields, is our lowest field, a property long and flat, the borders our neighbor’s property. While fenced, the entire property is not entirely marked, using photos on this app for boundaries. Coyotes do roam this lower field on a morning and evening basis weekly, so large dogs with proper recall training are advised only. While it is fenced, you may spend a long time tying to retrieve your pup otherwise! This field is a split property (2 parcels), and the other owners have bee hives! Please be mindful of bees, and maintaining general boundaries (see photos). I will grab some better signs asap, as I am new to this app! Late evenings please watch out for coyotes in this field with smaller dogs. It’s quite rugged, so be mindful of wild animal scat, mole holes, uneven grass. I strongly recommend against use during foggy periods for safety of your pets.
