Description

1 acre, fenced front yard! (with option for HEATED pool use from May 1-Oct 1) Feel free to use any balls and toys in the yard or on the porch. Enjoy a rest on the porch or picnic under the trees. I hope you’ll enjoy the quiet peaceful neighborhood and the mountain view. You may message me to invite my dog to play! Maisie is 50 lbs and energetic. Let me know if your dog would like a playmate! There is a water spigot on the porch near the gate, and there should be a bowl on the porch as well (it’s not under/near the spigot it may have been moved by the wind. It should be nearby!) POOL USE DETAILS: Pool is available via the “Extras” menu. Be sure to read descriptions for each option and message me with questions. •I also use Swimply for human only pool rental- and I have kids who use the pool. Therefore, there may be times I’ll have to tell you your requested pool use time is not available even if the Sniffspot app shows availability, due to scheduling conflicts that I cannot synch without also blocking my front yard. •The pool is located in the backyard and is fully fenced but the back yard itself is unfenced and is not available for use. •Access the pool from the back walkway from the driveway near the garage. •Enjoy use of the floats and furniture for humans only. •There is a water bowl, a hose you may use, and a shedding brush available. •No bathroom available (though I allow towel dried kid in urgent need! I get it, I’m a parent!) Have fun and share pics! Thank you so much for enjoying our yard!

Hazards

Though unlikely, it is possible for a dog to jump up onto the stonework by the driveway and then down outside of the fence to the driveway. (I’ve seen it happen one time!) Just be aware of the possibility! Typical of a residential yard like this, there will be a couple of small holes or dips in the grass from either wildlife or other dogs. Occasional muddy patches in the bare spots in winter when grass is dormant.

Pool use: 1 Dog for 1 hour$40

Pool use! This is for 1 hour of pool use for 1 dog + 1 human, even if the human does not swim. Observers are free! •This “Extra” can only be booked with spot reservation. ie: 1hr spot rental plus 1hr pool rental for the same time slot. This ensures there is both enough time allotted between guests for the pool to filter, and that there is no overlap with other guests. You can rent the yard for longer than the pool.

Pool use: 1 Dog for 2 hours$70

Discounted second hour in the pool for first set of booked dogs and humans. If you’re booking more dogs OR humans for the first hr, you’ll need to use the Extra titled: “2nd hour for extra dog” to book the rest of your party’s additional hour.

Pool use: 2 dogs for 1 hour$70

Use this to book the pool for 1 hour with 2 dogs (and 1 owner) Add more humans separately

Pool use requires purchasing the “pool use” add on when booking which allows 1 dog and 1 human for 1 hour. Additional dogs and humans can be added as well. **if booking more than 2 dogs for the pool, I require you to come after 4pm so that the filter can clear the fur by the next morning.**

We are open to visitors using our 12 acres of open field space, 3 acre pond, almost a half mile of stream, and 3 acres of woods. Trails move you around the pond and up into the woods. There is a lot to do here and a plethora of activities for dogs and humans ranging from open field play and running, hiking, and water activities. Please follow the signs and do not disturb the owners at house. Beach area of pond has seating areas, hammock, and fire pit. There is also a seating area and rope swing. Visitors are not permitted to fish in pond. The Ridge Trail is a bit more difficult for older dogs and humans and/or people not in the best shape to hike. Proceed with caution. CERTAINLY, please take the map provided at the entry table.
