Welcome to 50 acres of puppy heaven! Located off Crittenden Road in Suffolk, Virginia. Please take dirt lane, there is no house. Please do not disturb neighbors. Drive or Walk through the gate and the whole area is yours! There are walking trails in the woods, a pond to find and a river to explore. The open field is wonderful for training and or play. Your dog will love exploring this wonderful property. ***This is the country. The land is wonderful to explore but it is vacant and undeveloped. You will encounter nature, really in the spring and summer. There are ticks, snakes, uneven ground, rabbits, wet spots, etc. Please only book if you are used to the outdoors and being adventurous!*** Update from my guests comments: Wear bug spray when it’s warm, check for ticks after a visit, boots are recommended after rainy days, dogs may get muddy bring towels and look for the new mailbox to identify the dirt lane off the road. Enjoy!

Chrissy's 0.5 Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Park In Chesapeake

Privacy fence on both sides with a 4-5ft chain link around it. Back of the yard is only chain link in case you have a jumper. The back of the yard is partially wooded but plenty of space to run and play. I am an owner of 4 dogs of which 3 go in the back the 4th is a rescue with high anxiety and gets walked. I do have dogs on both side of me. One side is quiet the other are hounds that will bark or howl. Currently there is an above ground pool not covered and no deck around it only steps. The steps will be removed soon and it will be closed for winter. Great running space for any dog that needs to stretch there legs.

Please brush high-shedding dogs before your visit. • Safety First: Swim at your own risk. Dog life vests are not provided, so bring your own if needed. Please read Sniffspot’s Water Safety https://help.sniffspot.com/article/167-how-to-keep-your-dog-safe-around-pools-and-water • Outdoor Sink: Fill up water bowls and rinse water bowls at the outdoor kitchen sink • Comfortable Seating: Relax in various seating areas around the yard, including bar chairs, lounge chairs, and rockers. • No Smoking/Vaping/Alcohol: To ensure a clean and safe environment, smoking, vaping, and the use of alcohol are strictly prohibited on our property. • Pool Use Policy: Only one person is allowed in the pool to assist dogs. Additional people can be added for $35 each. NO EXCEPTIONS • Pet Cleanup: Guests must clean up after their dogs. Poop bags can be found at the gate entrace at the driveway. PLEASE DISPOSE OF POOP BAGS IN THE TRASH CANS IN THE DRIVEWAY. Additional Rules Pool Safety: No running around the pool. No diving or jumping into the pool. This is a swimming pool and only 6 feet deep. Glass Prohibition: No glass is allowed on the property. Pool Access: The pool is primarily for dogs. One adult can assist dogs in the pool. Only one person per visit is permitted in the pool unless you add additional people in the extras. No children are allowed in the pool due to liability, not even as an extra. No one under 18 is permitted. We look forward to providing you and your furry friends with a delightful and safe poolside experience!

The spot is on a 0.5 acre backyard with a 6 foot tall privacy wooden fence. Mostly quiet backyard (neighbor across the street has a loud, autistic son who stays on his front porch at times) as it is located on a dead end.

There is no way they can physically interact with your dog through the fence, but control of your dog must be your priority while walking to and from our property. We live in a suburb with close neighbors whom often enjoy their outdoor space in good weather. Penny’s Place is exactly what you want to make of it! Nearly one acre of fully fenced space where you can run, sunbathe, sniff the few trees, play with the hose and kiddie pool, whatever your pup’s heart desires! We do our best to refund our guests when unforeseen circumstances arise, derailing your reservation. Please try to give us notice, even if you are within the 2 hour window, so we can cancel your block. *if bad weather is highly anticipated in the area, please understand that we may not always approve a full refund if you cancel last minute HOURS: we close nightly at 10pm and reopen the following morning at 6 am. We vow to never raise our prices above $10/hr. Winter months see a price drop to $8/hr ❄️☃️
