Von Zarhoff K9 is located on 25 acres in Bonney Lake. We have been breeding German Shepherd dogs and Training for the last 35 years. Dogs and livestock have been a huge part of our lives. We'd like to share the enjoyment we've had with our dogs on the trails & training areas. As well as the designated run & play area. For your first scheduled time please pull up to the gate with the yellow horse, Xing sign on it & text me upon arrival. What a perfect expanse for you and your dogs to cut loose! In our fully fenced, gently rolling meadow there is plenty of room to run, chase frisbees and balls, dip paws in the pup-pool, and sniff around for the scents of nature. For humans, there is a cozy shelter with seating, a bistro table, and the entertainment of a frisbee "goal". There's shade from a large fir, in the meadow, as well as shade from the woods, on the south side. Fencing is at least 4 feet high, all around. It has a vision-block screen, a 4.8’ top wire, plus double fencing, on the side with neighbor dogs. If the neighbor's Goldens are out, they will friendly bark, and bark. They really want to come over and play. Surrounding Area: There are two private yards (one with an enclosed, screened chicken run, and one with friendly dogs); deep woods on the South side; and an incredible mountain view, over more meadow, on the West side. Sunsets from here are awe-inspiring! There are four easy-closing gates in the fence, that are generally left open for wildlife passage. We will make every effort to have the gates closed before you arrive, but know that you're responsible for seeing that all 4 gates are closed before you unleash your pups. Pet Ponderosa Resort & Spa offers premium pet grooming and boarding services as well as dog walking, pet cleanup, and pet transportation services. Now introducing our additional fenced area for your convenience, ensuring a safe and private off-leash play experience. Something to note if you have a reactive pup: Pet Ponderosa is a dog boarding and daycare facility. There will be dogs barking, and at times, dogs will be on the other side of the fence of the sniff spot.

We’ve nurtured this tranquil forest back to life by planting more than 600 saplings. The canopy of Hemlock, Douglas Fir, Western Red Cedar, Yew, BigLeaf Maple, and Alder, filled out as soon as there was more light. These trails whisper stories of the past. In the spring, summer, and fall, lush frilly leaves decorate every breeze with greenery in motion. Wonderlane isn’t just a place; it’s an experience—a Sniffspot designed with your dog’s joy in mind. Please use the garbage bins at the top driveway entrance for disposal of any waste. Please close the hydrants completely. Press the hydrant water handle into the completely closed position after use. If the water is not pressed completely closed it affects our water system pressure. Please close every gate. Dogs must be leashed going to and coming from the parking area, and may be unleashed when entering the dog park. We rely upon guests to contact us and tell us immediately if they need anything. To be fully fenced please roll shut the main gate after you park. The forest area is fully fenced, some doubled. There are 2 gates that lead to the creek so you can control access. PS if you wonder about the fencing here, some guests want the creek fenced too, which isn't possible due to environmental reasons. Please roll the gate into the open and securely hooked position when you leave, thank you!
