Big park style back yard with lots of things to explore! Fully fenced and easy to access through driveway to gate. You can use the whole yard or smaller fenced section of the yard depending on preference. Some wooded areas in corners, many birds, squirrels and other small animals. Great amenities provided for humans including paved area for relaxing, hose and firepit. Plenty of space to run and play. Please no digging. Come over, park in driveway at the gate and enjoy the nature.

3 acres of private farmland! Fenced all the way around! Great water views as you can see from drone pics. Front part of property is a wedding venue, very picturesque! No children under 10 allowed. This is a hobby farm that is not child proofed or baby proofed and people tend to not pay as close attention to children and they wander, it’s a big safety concern for me. Sorry. Private off road parking for 1-10 vehicles. My backyard is a quiet spot set at the back of a private road. You’ll hear more birds and squirrels than you will cars or traffic. One side of the yard neighbors a mostly empty lot and the other a wooded area with lots of tall pine trees. A water retention ditch and another fence separates the back of the yard from the neighborhood behind mine. In addition to various dog toys and sticks, there is a mound in the middle of the yard for the septic system. My foster dogs love running up and down the little hills! The fire pit can be used on cold days and there are two spots for accessing water - one of which can also be used for a quick bath or rinse before heading home. There are also water misters, located by the sun shade, to help cool down on those extra hot days. Just attach the nozzle head to the water spout and enjoy! Please help keep the space clean and tidy by picking up all dog poop and disposing in the little, black trash can just outside the fence. There are recycling and garbage bins for any other items that need to be disposed of. Thank you and I hope you enjoy your time here with your pups!

1.6 fully fenced private acres. Off-road parking on grass for 4-5 vehicles available, plus more along the side of the road. Sniffspot is accessed by a large chained gate with combination lock. Our 3 dogs are occasionally in an adjacent fenced area. Although we put up a visual barrier in that area, they may bark when you are nearby. We have a number of fun features for dogs, including three BIG tires to run through or jump on top of (dogs only please!), two smaller tires to run through, weave poles, a small round jump, a tunnel, a wooden spool, and a fire hydrant just for fun. There is a concrete table and bench seating - bring your picnic lunch. Running water, dog bowls, and grocery bags for poop are available across the field from the entrance gate, along with a poop scoop and large trash can. Toys, bug spray, additional poop bags, and an umbrella are located inside the tool box seat near the entrance. We can also host dog birthday parties, gotcha day parties, or breed/litter get-togethers! Feel free to reach out if you have any questions at all.

1.6 fully fenced private acres. Off-road parking on grass for 4-5 vehicles available, plus more along the side of the road. Sniffspot is accessed by a large chained gate with combination lock. Our 3 dogs are occasionally in an adjacent fenced area. Although we put up a visual barrier in that area, they may bark when you are nearby. We have a number of fun features for dogs, including three BIG tires to run through or jump on top of (dogs only please!), two smaller tires to run through, weave poles, a small round jump, a tunnel, a wooden spool, and a fire hydrant just for fun. There is a concrete table and bench seating - bring your picnic lunch. Running water, dog bowls, and grocery bags for poop are available across the field from the entrance gate, along with a poop scoop and large trash can. Toys, bug spray, additional poop bags, and an umbrella are located inside the tool box seat near the entrance. We can also host dog birthday parties, gotcha day parties, or breed/litter get-togethers! Feel free to reach out if you have any questions at all.
