My back yard is fully fenced and gets mowed every 2 weeks. It is accessible via the gate at the side of the house. It is mostly even grass. After a good rain the yard is full of fun puddles and can be muddy. So much fun for the pups! There are a couple of chairs in the yard and plenty of street parking.

We have a newly built swimming pool with a splash pad and a covered patio, which offers plenty of shade. Our covered patio has two ceiling fans, a gas fireplace, comfy patio furniture for five, an outlet for charging phones or laptops, WiFi available, and misting fan available upon request. We also have treats available on the patio for your doggo. We do have two medium size dog canopies, a chilly pad, numerous water and retrieivng toys for stretching those legs and tiring out your companion. *Please be respectful and courteous as this is our home* *Do not allow your dog(s) to bark excessively or at our neighbors, this is our home. *NO glass or alcohol allowed on property *NO smoking of any type *Please clean up after yourself *Thoroughly brush your pup(s) prior to swimming as to reduce the amount of hair in the pool. There is no way they can physically interact with your dog through the fence, but control of your dog must be your priority while walking to and from our property. We live in a suburb with close neighbors whom often enjoy their outdoor space in good weather. Penny’s Place is exactly what you want to make of it! Nearly one acre of fully fenced space where you can run, sunbathe, sniff the few trees, play with the hose and kiddie pool, whatever your pup’s heart desires! We do our best to refund our guests when unforeseen circumstances arise, derailing your reservation. Please try to give us notice, even if you are within the 2 hour window, so we can cancel your block. *if bad weather is highly anticipated in the area, please understand that we may not always approve a full refund if you cancel last minute HOURS: we close nightly at 10pm and reopen the following morning at 6 am. I have worked very hard on building the dream yard for my dogs to enjoy. We have a fully fenced yard( 4 foot chain link and 6 foot wood fence around the sides) We have a big open grass area for playing ball and fetch. Pool is open to any pup that can swim! We have a deck if your pup loves to swim. We also have a gate on the steps. We have a ton of kids toys to enjoy as well if your little one is joining, Including a trampoline with net, sand box, play house, climbing dome, saucer swing. I grow flowers so once they bloom they make a beautiful photo back drop. We do have chickens, some dogs may not be familiar with, but they will be in a predator proof run (visible tho) but they are used to dogs. We hope you enjoy are spot!

Privacy fence on both sides with a 4-5ft chain link around it. Back of the yard is only chain link in case you have a jumper. The back of the yard is partially wooded but plenty of space to run and play. I am an owner of 4 dogs of which 3 go in the back the 4th is a rescue with high anxiety and gets walked. I do have dogs on both side of me. One side is quiet the other are hounds that will bark or howl. Currently there is an above ground pool not covered and no deck around it only steps. The steps will be removed soon and it will be closed for winter. Great running space for any dog that needs to stretch there legs.
