Description

Trimmed lawn sloping upwards from back patio can give fetching dogs a good workout. Towering trees on three sides offer plenty of shade throughout day. The yard’s edges give dogs plenty to explore and smell. Optional water feature can be turned on by prior arrangement if you don't mind a bit of "wet dog" smell.

Hazards

Stone embedded in lawn on left/west side. Some divots in lawn. Poison ivy occasionally shows up along fence on right/east side.

• Thank you for your thoughtfulness towards neighbors and those who may be inside of house. • If arriving by auto please park on opposite (south) side of street. • Yard has features that can make it unsafe for wild or carefree child play (sorry!). No children under 12. Children 12 and over must be able to adhere to these rules. • No smoking. • No admittance to screened porch. • Dogs allowed to roam yard. • People must stay on patio pavers or lawn except when cleaning up after your dog. • There is one stone embedded in lawn and a few divots. Please traverse lawn carefully.

Leslie's 12 Acre Unfenced Private Dog Park In Ann Arbor

Welcome! We are working hard to make our peaceful, quiet 12 acres into a beautiful park. You are welcome at any time, day or night, to walk, run, bike, ski or snowshoe with your dogs. We no longer have any pets-- no more dogs, horses, chickens, or other livestock. We are often visited by deer and groundhogs. Although we have 12 acres, the house and barn are in the middle of it, so you may see the house from many areas during your visit. Usually, we are working inside or we are away and we keep most of the curtains closed. We may use the driveway or receive a delivery. Future plans include clearing the West trails, planting more evergreens, and making an indoor play space in the barn. Our park will continue to improve -- it is a work in progress! We took lots of pictures and will continue to add them. We want you to know as much as possible about the site before you come here for your visit. We welcome your suggestions on how to improve.

Sarah's 1 Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Park In Milan

This fully fenced in yard is the ultimate oasis. Walk your dog on over and relax next to Ford Lake with optional usage of the fire pit, fridge, and tiki torches. We also have two playgrounds for younger children to enjoy. There's also a scooper, dog poop station, and toys available for you to use. Wifi is available free for guests. Connection information will be sent during your booking. Need to charge your phone or use an outlet? Feel free to plug-in to our outdoor receptacles. Need to run your dog at night? Not a problem! We have exterior lights we can turn on both by the lake and near the house that will give you more than enough light to see. There's also solar lights placed throughout the yard. While we don't specifically have an outdoor restroom, if you need to use the restroom, message us and we can let you inside. Dogs must remain outside while you use the facilities. Stay for an hour or have an evening relaxing by the lake with your pup.

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
	Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
