We’ve been here so many times we don’t know what else to add. 1 thing we haven’t mentioned in our multiple visits is the length of the property is more than enough for our 75 lb. GSD to get up to full speed and maintain it for sometime. It’s important because of his energy level. It’s a joy to see him run so much and have the distance to get up to where he wants to be.

securely fenced with fun landscaping paths to add interest. highway noise took my dog a minute to get used to, but overall we had a fun visit and enjoyed the spot!

This is a super quiet, super beautiful yard with lots of space to run and lots of trees to sniff. The host is super accommodating and communicative and sweetly left us poop bags, treats, water for dogs, and a towel. We saw and heard zero dogs or people during our two and a half hours. 10/10 for our reactive dog and the humans who accompanied her.

As always, we enjoyed our time there—especially the toys left in the yard to play with. He enjoys the Trader Joe’s treats a little too much—but it allows us to get a little training time in amongst the running around. We also appreciate the water left out for him—he knows just where to find it.

Basket provided with various treats, poop bags, bath freshener, a brush, and a clean towel. The yard was clean and lots of toys were available. It is a very easy drive and there is plenty of parking available. Bruce and I always have a blast when we visit Sylvia’s!

This is only my 2nd sniffspot experience… the yard was as described. It was perfect to play fetch with my medium size tennis ball loving mutt. Host communicates well and promptly! Very gracious host; gave my Daisy some water. Yard is on the smaller side but very cozy with comfy chairs.

This yard was perfect for us and our big puppy. The yard is smallish, but she had lots of room to run and sniff and explore, and we had nice, comfortable chairs to sit in while she zoomed around the yard. The house was very easy to find and easy to access. There were even a couple of balls we were welcome to use. Communication with the owner was swift and easy. And the price was so reasonable. Definitely worth it. We will be back.
