55Easy parking and entrance. Secure gate and fencing of entire yard. Mostly cut grass with mature trees. Flowerbed/shrub around edges. Ball launcher, water bowl, agility jumps and pooper scooper available. Lovely patio with chairs. My dog and her pup friend had a blast! Have already booked a return and expect this to become regular outing.
Dot likes to “ hide” in the flowerbeds/shrubs and picked up a few burs but it won’t keep us from coming back.
Thanks Amanda!Amy C.

55Amanda’s yard is awesome! It’s huge and fully fenced, well manicure, and has a nice little patio for humans to sit and relax while our dogs romp! She has some toys and agility equipment in the yard which was really great. Super easy parking and access. Definitely will book again!Natalie P.

55We had a lovely visit to Amanda’s Sniffspot. She was so lovely sending us a welcome email so we felt really comfortable. The house was easy to find and has easy paved parking right next to the driveway. The gate is also secure and easy to access. The fence is excellent and her yard is large. My dogs had a great time zooming around with each other. One thing to note - if you have a shaggy dog there are lots of areas with burrs. Unfortunately, despite discouraging my pups, that is the area that they most wanted to be. 🙄 Thanks so much for sharing your space with us and helping us to feel welcome. We really appreciated the opportunity to visit and hope to return. ❤️Renee P.

55This was our first time visiting Amanda’s backyard. It is clean and well maintained. Easy parking. Our 3.5-month German Shepherd puppy had a blast playing fetch. He got to exercise quite a bit! Thank you Amanda! We will be back again! 😃Yihan S.

55My energetic dog and I had a great time running in Amanda's dog park! I love the high fence and all of the actual sniff spots - not just grass but trees, leaves, and other ground cover. My dog was too interested in sniffing to play ball!!Kristin R.

55We loved it! The area is very well maintained and fence is high and secure all around. It is (mostly) a chain link fence so we could see people walking their dogs through it, but they were far enough away that Stitch, who’s pretty reactive, was able to calmly look at them and turn away and keep sniffing. It’s a nice mix of grass and trees and so there’s plenty to sniff and explore. Stitch prefers to just hang out and do his own thing (absolutely will not play fetch) so sometimes I worry there won’t be enough for him to explore but he kept himself busy the whole time we were there. There’s some tennis balls, a tunnel, agility jumps, etc. in the area to use if your dog is into that! Overall, we had a great time and will definitely be back! Emily E.

FAQ about our Ann Arbor dog agility parks
Are dog agility parks safe?
While public off-leash dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, inattentive owners, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks are much safer than city parks. Contrary to a typical dog park, with Sniffspot all bookings are private for just you and dogs you bring with you and we require all dogs to be vaccinated (or have equivalent titers). All Sniffspot locations are vetted and reviewed by guests so you can find the perfect safe place for you and your dog. 93% of reviews on Sniffspot visits are 5 stars. As always, ensuring you use park dog agility equipment safely is also key to an enjoyable experience.

How do I know if a dog agility park works for my dog?
Owners commonly wonder about whether a park works for their dog. Start by applying basic filters, such as fencing and distractions, to find a fenced dog agility park that works for your dog. You can also filter on size to find a larger park or neighborhood parks. If your dog doesn't have good recall, you can visit one of our fully fenced dog agility parks. If your dog is reactive to other dogs, you can visit one of our dog agility parks where there are no dogs audible or visible nearby. You can read the description of the spot to see the details of the set up, such as whether there is commercial grade park equipment, and other amenities, such as park benches. Browse photos to get a sense for park design. We also recommend reading reviews and reaching out to the host with any questions, and of course, checking agility park hours.
What are the requirements to bring my dog to a Sniffspot agility park?
