For your dogs safety and ours, we spread flea & tick fertilizer in the spring & fall. In winter, We shovel spots for easier play for those little pups. Welcome to Pooch’s Paradise! I’m Kaitlyn, a professional dog trainer who owns Kaitlyn’s Dog Training. My dogs are basically my children, and the entire yard has been catered to them and my clients’ dogs. This half-acre yard is fully fenced (6 foot privacy, plus a 4-ft chain link surrounding a garden area), and even has a double-gate system to enter and exit, like you would see at a dog park to add extra safety. There are tons of enrichment activities available. I always have a wide variety of toys, a children’s climbing playset, a large ball pit, agility equipment (tunnels, a small A Frame, a teeter totter, a small tire jump, weave poles, and a panel jump). ** I also have kiddie pools and/or a treat scavenger hunt I can add if you give advance notice and select it as an add-on option.** There’s a gazebo that offers shade and is also screened in to prevent most bugs from getting in. There’s a clear tote by the entry gate that contains clean towels and also a Mudbuster tool for cleaning off paws. We do everything we can to provide the absolute best experience for you and your dog, and we think you’ll love it! The only dogs I have ever allowed on the property are vaccinated, healthy, and up-to-date on flea & tick prevention. All the pups who visit my home find that the yard is quite literally their own personal playground, and I know your dogs will love it too!

This is a really great spot. My dog absolutely loved it! The fence is bulletproof. The kitty pool add-on was great. My new husky has never taken an interest in water, but he climbed in the pool himself. 🎉🥳 the yard was also super clean, and I really appreciate that. The gazebo area for humans to sit in was lovely.

This is my first time utilizing this. Located on a busy street, but the entire yard surrounded by a privacy fence helps minimize street noise. Yard is extremely spacious and clean, and the gate is easy to use with side parking. I recommended renting.

Our dog absolutely loved it here! It’s a great size yard to play fetch in and let your pup run off some of their energy. They had lots of toys to play with, a trash can specifically for poop clean up, and a fresh water bowl. You can hear traffic, but we did not see anyone or any other dogs. The fence is very secure, and you can park right next to the fence opening, which is really nice. We live in an apartment, so this was a great spot to take our dog to let him run off-leash for an hour. He is tuckered out since we got home. We will definitely be back, and highly recommend others bring their pups here!

Sniffspot only allows one booking at a time and any host dogs are required to be kept away from the spot during visits. We also enforce 30 min time buffers between bookings.
