Fencing details: Standard sheep fencing with chicken wire over it. Lowest point is 1m. There is 1.5m fencing along the sides that border with neighbours horses.

There are 2 dogs that live in the first house. However they are quiet and behind fencing and isn’t a problem. Main house also have dogs but they are contained. I’d suggest parking inside the paddock on the gravel drive.

The houses on the property are occupied but you can park inside the paddock on the gravel to avoid people.

Open the farm gate that says entrance and drive through into the paddock on the gravel and park inside the paddock. If the big main gate is closed it just manually slide open if you give it a hard push.

Great rural spot 6 sections to choose from will upgrade spot for dogs to have more fun. There is a pond at this spot for dogs to cool down aswel.
IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD This is a fully deer fenced section for your pup to run free! Hills, sheep shelter, trees, paddling pools and obstacles too! I use this space as a doggy daycare a few times a week but would love for others to get to enjoy it too and let their dogs run free to their hearts content! Parking is fully fenced, drive in and shut the gate behind you. Walk down the run to the fully fenced paddock for play time. Dog toys on us!!

IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD. **Note: Everything is extremely dry at the moment due to no rain, however the creek still has water in it for dogs to swim:** A serene location for both owners and dogs to unwind, featuring a creek bordered by native trees that have stood for centuries. There are park benches available for you to sit back and relax and a dedicated area for your dogs to swim and cool off on a hot summers day. Notes for guests to be aware of: The bank next to the creek has several steep slopes that drop down to the water, so please exercise caution if you have children with you. While there are no dogs residing on the property, please keep in mind that when you arrive at my spot you might hear my neighbour’s dogs who are quite fond of vocalising. Fortunately, they are about 70 meters away and only noticeable when you first arrive so they shouldn't pose any problems for you or your dogs.

Has been designed of more of a safe training place for dogs who may be reactive. Ample space to run and play but also alot of obstacles etc for building confidence etc. Deer fenced apart from gate area which is around 1.5m high. If you have an escape artist you will need to keep an eye on them. You can drive right in and shut the gates behind you. Please note this space is also used by others so if you have a last minute booking with less than 2 hours notice we may be using it ourselves on arrival. Depending on whats happening at the time you may have to wait. All bookings with more than 2 hours notice are no problem at all and the space will be empty for you to use. Please do not go to the property with the houses on as you will set the dogs off. The parking instructions are very clear with a satellite image of where the yard is. It is the paddock on the opposite side to where the houses are. There is only parking for a maximum of 2 cars. In summer can get more in but in winter limited to 2 cars. You will need to carpool if booking as a group.

My yard is a larger free space for all sizes of dogs to roam free on its my first time so if successful I'll add my other properties as well.

We have an automatic gate, that closes behind you and plenty of parking. The main paddock has short grass and obstacles in it which the dogs can have a play on. Bring a ball to throw as far as you like. If you like to walk, you can go around the farm. It has flat, rolling and steeper areas. Walk takes around 10 -15 minutes if walking. Longer if playing with your dog. I do have wetlands and they are tidal. Our drain can have water in them but I'm not advertising that I have water. I just want people to be aware. Please come and see me before you venture out so I can keep you informed about the property.
