55Thanks for the use of this private peaceful spot. Our dogs had a lovely time here. Plenty of room to run around with seats in lovely shady areas for us to relax and listen to the tuis. Will certainly be back.

55Such a great spot! There are mown down paths so you have an easy walk while your dog frolics in the high grass. There was fresh drinking water available and a bin provided for poo bags which was really appreciated. Lots of shade and seating as well. My child loved running around the area with the dog too. It was so nice to let my reactive dog off leash to just run and be free and know she is completely safe and secure. Thank you! Will definitely be back!
55Awesome spot for the dog to have a run around without worrying about other dogs. Well maintained track, fencing was great, water spot was awesome for my girl to cool down in with a couple of seats and toys. Kids loved the tractor working across the river, added bonus haha will be back!
55Property is beautiful! Big enough for our 2 dogs to let loose and run off into the distance! We had no problems with fencing however our dogs weren’t interested in being escape artist as they were to occupied with everything else! Nice places for the dogs to swim as-well! Highly recommend
55Had a lovely walk around this afternoon. Dogs enjoyed the long grass paddocks to explore and the stream for a quick drink. We'll definately come back.
55Such a cool sniff spot with well mowed tracks through the paddocks and areas for your dog to run around. Lots of shade and some benches to relax on while watching your dog. My boy enjoyed bouncing through the long long grass in the paddocks. He didn't brave the water, (thank goodness) but maybe next time; we will definitely be back.

Beautiful peaceful spot for owners and dogs to relax, a stream surrounded by native trees that are hundreds of years old, park benches to relax and watch your dogs play or swim Please only let your dog off the leash if you have adequate recall and control over your dog. The creek is not fenced and dogs can get to neighbouring properties with livestock. We cannot have dogs escaping. **please note that roadworks is being carried out on my road and my spot can only be accessed via Alfriston / Ardmore Road, you will need to proceed through the cones and past the sign that says residents only. Please allow an extra 5min travel time to your trip**

Horses live on the property but are well away from the designated dog area, please don’t leave the designated area and approach the horses at anytime. Please keep an eye on your children / dogs when near the stream, it’s not fenced off and is very deep in places. The stream backs onto neighbouring properties with livestock, please do not let your dog off the leash if you have no control or recall over your dog. Owners will be held responsible.

Has been designed of more of a safe training place for dogs who may be reactive. Ample space to run and play but also alot of obstacles etc for building confidence etc. Deer fenced apart from gate area which is around 1.5m high. If you have an escape artist you will need to keep an eye on them. You can drive right in and shut the gates behind you. Please note this space is also used by others so if you have a last minute booking with less than 2 hours notice we may be using it ourselves on arrival. Depending on whats happening at the time you may have to wait. All bookings with more than 2 hours notice are no problem at all and the space will be empty for you to use. Please do not go to the property with the houses on as you will set the dogs off. The parking instructions are very clear with a satellite image of where the yard is. It is the paddock on the opposite side to where the houses are. There is only parking for a maximum of 2 cars. In summer can get more in but in winter limited to 2 cars. IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD Please note it's pretty muddy in Winter so best to bring gumboots. Dogs don't mind but your sneakers will. Has been designed of more of a safe training place for dogs who may be reactive. Ample space to run and play but also alot of obstacles etc for building confidence etc. Deer fenced apart from gate area which is around 1.5m high. If you have an escape artist you will need to keep an eye on them. You can drive right in and shut the gates behind you. Please note this space is also used by others so if you have a last minute booking with less than 2 hours notice we may be using it ourselves on arrival. Depending on whats happening at the time you may have to wait. All bookings with more than 2 hours notice are no problem at all and the space will be empty for you to use. Please do not go to the property with the houses on as you will set the dogs off. The parking instructions are very clear with a satellite image of where the yard is. It is the paddock on the opposite side to where the houses are. There is only parking for a maximum of 2 cars. In summer can get more in but in winter limited to 2 cars. You will need to carpool if booking as a group.
