IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD. Beautiful peaceful spot for owners and dogs to relax, a stream surrounded by native trees that are hundreds of years old, park benches to relax and watch your dogs play or swim **please note that roadworks is being carried out on my road and my spot can only be accessed via Alfriston / Ardmore Road, you will need to proceed through the cones and past the sign that says residents only. Please allow an extra 5min travel time to your trip**

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
	Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
