The yard features well-maintained grass, a few shaded spots under large trees, and a comfortable seating area for you to relax while your dog plays. The secure fencing and natural greenery provide privacy and safety, making it the perfect spot for off-leash fun. Whether your dog wants to run, sniff around, or just lounge in the shade, this yard offers a welcoming and enjoyable environment for both dogs and their humans. We’re on a 1/3 of an acre in a quiet part of North Claremont. Lots of open grassy space but also lots of trees and shrubs and bushes to explore. Fully fenced and with seating for the “parents”. Easy no-contact access. There are two gates available to enter by, both visible and easy to access from the front yard. Free and abundant street parking on the cul-de-sac directly in front of the house.

Welcome to 🐾 Ward Bungalow - fully fenced backyard, a private pup park that allows for running and stretching legs of all sizes! • Grass space for pups and outdoor couch seating, lounge chairs, and table seating are available for people. Evening lighting for playtime at dusk. Umbrellas for shade over the couch, and loungers in the gravel section of the yard—shade is very much based on the time of day and where the sun is. Pup tent available for extra yard shade for pups - you’ll see it near the water stations. All yours if preferred! Available and stocked for pups: plenty of balls and toys, dog water bowls, and water station Other essentials: hand sanitizer, sanitizing wipes, sunscreen, mosquito repellent, flashlight, umbrella, paper towels, disposal bags, and trash can • We are noticing a few divots in the grass and more prominent yellow spots in the grass coloring, a bit more mud-like areas as we get more visitors - wear and tear on the lawn … please know we take pride in maintaining the space and keeping it clean for everyone! • Mondays early morning & evening and Tuesday through Sunday: front gate entrance Mondays 11:30am-4:30pm: back gate entrance (front neighborhood street sweeping)

See you after the new year! ******** Fully fenced yard with grass area and a pool. Shallow end of the pool has steps for dogs easy access. Tennis balls and a kiddie pool are also available to use. Help yourself to the water hose to fill the kiddie pool or fill your pups water. There is a shaded patio area with a table, lots of chairs around the pool in the sun or under the shade trees, as well as a poolside hammock. Enjoy!
