Great open space, feels like you're out in the woods. There is a neighbor dog who will want to bark hello, fyi. After the official exchange of barks through the shared fence, all dogs retreated and went about their own business.

My girl Clover had so much fun running around and sniffing everything she could. We were so happy to see her stretch her legs out off leash and do her thing. She was so tired by the end, she immediately knocked out in the car! Would definitely come back to this spot. Note for reactive dog owners: the neighboring property has 2 dogs - 1 of which barks a lot and will come running up to the side of the fence at times.

This place is amazing. My fur babies enjoy the mini hike. It's clean and secured. It has a lot of shade even if you and your fur babies go in mid-day it is cool enough to play around. There’s water and a bowl ready for the fur babies also. It is big enough that you can toss ball. This definitely will be on my favorite list. Thank you

Roomy backyard with a nice view and equally nice breeze with shaded areas! If your dog is highly reactive, please note that the neighbor’s dog is visible! But the fence is both sturdy and impossible to scale :)! There was a lot of foxtail on the hill so we were careful about that as well. Overall, our dogs had a great time and would definitely recommend Leomar’s sniffspot!

Great spot and area for my large dogs to explore, stretch their legs and get all their energy out! The neighbors dogs in the back were the only other dogs in sight but my dogs didn’t spend too much time back there. Both my dogs enjoyed their time in the beautiful space. It was a perfect day for them.

Zeus had a great time during our visit for his 2nd birthday! It was very spacious, with many areas for you and your dog to explore! We especially enjoyed the long flat area to play fetch. Zeus really enjoyed sniffing and running around the yard! Neighbors do have dogs that occasionally bark if they notice you and your dog, but if you just pay them no mind they’ll go about their own business! Leomar is very friendly and hospitable as well! Zeus and I would definitely come back again (:

Marvel loves Leomars place. It’s very big , where she can have a lot of exercise. Marvel has a lot of energy so running up and down the hill is perfect for her

I love the new screen covering added to the back fence to the neighbors yard. Less distractions for my dogs as well as the neighbors dogs. Both my dogs enjoy coming here! And I love it as well! Thank you for sharing your space and making it so dog friendly, relaxing and enjoyable!

Big area. Our puppy was zonked after this playtime! Only worry was that my giant dog stepped over the short fence that separated the owners patio. Sorry about that! We will be back :)

Just was very communicative and yard was large and well maintained! The neighbors dog was out for a few minutes and barked along fence line but everything was peaceful other than that! We enjoyed our experience

Kona had a fun time at Jessica’s spot! We were looking for a spot that was closer to “grand-paw” (my dad) to meet us since he’s older and doesn’t like to drive too far and this fit the bill. The yard was beautiful and the well-manicured grass was perfectly open for my blind dog to sniff around and not bump into too many obstacles. There was a table in the shade, which was perfect for having lunch with grand-paw. Jessica also provided wipes, treats, a ball, and a water bowl for us to use, which was very thoughtful and convenient. We would definitely book again in the future!
