We're so excited to welcome you to our 12-acre property! Nestled amidst the woods, with a charming creek as a centerpiece, we offer a unique and tranquil getaway. To best enjoy your visit, here's some information about accessing the property: **Parking and Access:** There are two convenient parking options. You can park at the gated entrance on the front of the property, where most of the open acreage is located (primarily on the left as you drive in). Alternatively, if you let us know in advance, we can arrange for our dog to be inside, allowing you to park closer to the horse trailer. From either parking spot, a pleasant ten-minute trail walk leads to the creek and the main part of the wooded acreage. The trail begins behind the house and is clearly marked. **Fire Pit Area:** We have a delightful fire pit area available for your use. To ensure everyone can enjoy this amenity, please obtain prior approval and provide your own firewood. Remember to completely extinguish the fire and clean up any debris after use. Three comfortable chairs surround the fire pit, and solar-powered string lights automatically illuminate the space for a cozy ambiance in the evening. **Fresh Eggs:** We’re proud to offer fresh, free-range chicken eggs (no rooster!). These eggs are unwashed to preserve their natural goodness. If you’d like to purchase some, please let us know the quantity (half-dozen or dozen) and give us sufficient notice. *Paige2040 first visit discounts* **PLEASE READ THE HOURS OF AVAILABILITY IN THE BODY OF THIS DESCRIPTION. **At this time, the yard is only available Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday between 8:45 a.m. and 3:15 p.m. - last booking would need to be made at 2:15 for a 3:15 p.m. exit - and Friday between 12 p.m and 1:30 pm Welcome to our 1.25-acre fully fenced yard. No frills. This yard is a wonderful place for dogs to play and run. Owners can sit in the swing while dogs run and play. It's a great place to throw the Chuckit! (provided), as your dog(s) can really stretch their legs in a full-out run. We love it here, and we hope you do too. *Along the fenceline closest to the driveway, there is a fair amount of sweetgum balls - the sticky/prickly ones. Caution there w/ pups' paws! Rest of the yard is clean. There is a wooden Rack in between the garage doors which holds the Chuck-it. Pls put back! There are security cameras monitoring the driveway and gate into the property for your protection. Resident dogs cannot be seen from the yard, but will most likely bark when you pull up.
