We are on 12 acres mostly wooded. There is a creek on the backside of the property. Which is also where the main acreage is and a trail. You will park outside the gate. You can stay on the frontside of the property…most of that acreage is on the left when you pull down the driveway. Or, if given enough notice I can put our dog inside. That way you can walk around the gate and down the driveway. Either direction you take if you go on the backside of the house there is a trail. If you follow that trail to the right you will see the creek further back. Open from 9AM to 7PM Daily with approval or reservation.

We have 3 acres fully fenced for your dogs to roam, sniff and get that much needed exercise! We have some nice shaded areas with a kiddie pool available during the summer. Not only will your dog love this park but owners will also have a peaceful time. HOW TO GET THERE: Entrance to park is a bit hidden but will be located on the right side facing the house. I have a photo showing the entrance on the listing. Parking area will be passing down the field close to the pavilion or you can simply leave the car parked at the main entrance. Make sure to close main gate once inside to sure complete enclosure of the park. THINGS TO NOTE PLEASE READ: Although park is completely fenced, the second part of the park passing the red gate does have barb wires and large gaps that escape artist can wonder off too. Backstory: My best friend Scooby took an early trip to dog heaven so he never got a chance to play in the land now dedicated to him. His younger brother Koko and Lukas definitely have a blast when they roam Scooby's Dog park. With every visit, I just know that Scooby is welcoming all dogs that come through the gate. He was the most friendly dog and best friend anyone could ask for ( just didn't like to be messed with when he would eat ). Although I couldn't have that experience with my Scooby, I hope you have a peaceful and playful time as you visit Scooby's Dog Park.

This field is shared with our goats, all goats have been hand raised and will be in their dedicated area at the time of your visit. This area is fully fenced and has areas of trees, maintained grass, unmaintained grass (goat feed) and patch type woods along the property line. Pull into the driveway and park in front of the "Parking" sign that will be on the right, close to the house. To enter the field, follow the driveway halfway back down the driveway to the gate with the "Paws On Parkwood" sign.

The wooded area of our backyard is on an incline. This area offers plenty of shade for your pups to sniff and explore, or get in some exercise by running up and down! We have chairs, a bucket of dog toys, and a water bowl for you to utilize during your visit. We have two seating areas, one or the other is generally in the shade depending on the time of day. Feel free to move chairs around to shaded areas! You can park in our driveway, or in the parking spaces directly across the street. There is an elementary school across the street that has plenty of parking spaces on the weekends or evenings when school is not in session.
