55This Sniffspot is by far our favorite one! Our little girl had a blast and we felt safe.
55Loved the pond, beautiful deck!
55We came for my dogs 4th birthday, and had so much fun! My dogs loved the fenced in area to run around and get out their zoomies before exploring more of the property. Honestly, an hour flew by! Definitely coming back!!
15It is a beautiful spot but if you are taking your dog there because its reactive to people or other dogs (our boy does not like other dogs), this is not the place to be. We were in the fences play area, a wagonload of noisy children went by, people standing on the trail watching us, and 3 unleased dogs some in the pond less than 150 ft. Away, I thought the park, trails and pond would be ours to use privately so was very disappointed, but if you have a happy go lucky dog, you would be fine. Tag did enjoy the play park so it wasn't a total loss. Also, there is a dog bowl but no water source, likely I always bring water with us.
55We had a blast here - this spot is huge and the host, Bobby, was very accommodative! There are even agility type games set for your dogs!
55This is a great place to spend a couple of hours! The setup by the pond is beautiful and well thought out with lots of fun play opportunities for the pups; the trail is lovely, shaded and well marked.
55Went to celebrate my dogs first birthday and it was the perfect place. The trail was very scenic, but not too difficult for my puppy. A lot of space for her to run around and a fenced in area for dogs who are still learning recall
5516 wk old puppy, we used the fenced in area to practice recalls.
55Our dogs loved it! It was a lovely way to spend the afternoon, and even though we didn't explore the trails, there was plenty of exploring done around the pond. The water added to the fun, and we now have two quiet furbabies who are absolutely spent! We definitely want to come back.
55The best sniffspot out there ! Bobby continues to make this sniffspot a hidden treasure being able to have your dogs off leash and enjoy acres of land ! I will continue to rent this sniffspot monthly it’s my dogs + I’s favourite place to be !

Description

This is it!! One of the biggest and closest spots to the GTA. Everything in one place. First, we have a fully fenced dog park with some play structures, shelter, and a picnic table. Then our unfenced site consisting of 60 acres of fields, ponds, and trails. You may use either site during your visit. Trails are more like hiking in the woods and not suited for bikes or any other equipment. Large pond where your dogs would love to swim for hours. You can park your vehicle near the pond. Sorry for safety reasons the Paddle boats are not for public use. Rubber boots are recommended in spring, winter, or rainy days. Trails get muddy when wet. Guests, please, pick up after your dogs. Drop trash in the big metal bin on the way out. Enjoy the tree swings, muskoka chairs, and solitude. Do not go on the trails past the pond. They do not belong to this spot, and other dogs and people could be present.
