We offer a farm setting open field with loads of room for both dogs and their people. Private fenced parking area off the street. Enter off 248 Street at 5245 248 Street. Our park is fully fenced with both big and small dogs in mind. We provide a water hose and bucket for dog’s drinking. We have added a picnic table and bench seating for you and play structure to keep you kids busy. For the dogs we have all sorts of fun activities, parkour and agility equipment. We will be adding more as we go. Pause table, training table, weave poles, A frame, tunnel, barrel jump, balance stools, jumps, ground tires, slide, teeter totter, cooling pool, hose, pooper scooper. We compost waste so no bags needed. Just scoop and put into the provided bucket. Please do not leave your plastic poop bags here. We have no way to dispense of it. Plenty of room for ball. We will be adding more equipment as we go. Are you looking for help with training? We provide that too. This is a farm setting but we are in a residential area so please cognizant of noise either by humans or dogs. It’s surrounded by trees for a nice private time. We look forward to hosting you! IMPORTANT UPDATE: We ask your patience while we prepare the lawns and get all the equipment out during our first week. In addition, we are in the process of building a permanent shelter to provide you with protection from the sun and rain. IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD due to this app, not accepting Canadian funds. This space has some a covered sitting area with bench, poop bags and a disposal bucket. Great spot for throwing the ball with the chuck-it, digging box (please don't let them take ALL the sand out) and a climbing apparatus for the dogs away from the fence line. Only vaccinated dogs use this space. Park and go straight to the front fenced yard for your time period. We ask that you do not walk your dog around the property or bring them into the shelter - only to and from the yard. There is a no "nose-to-nose" rule at the facility and no dog is too be off leash on the grounds unless contained in the fenced yard. Public washroom available while your dog is contained in your vehicle, inside the shelter between 9am and 5:30pm.

Coming here will feel like you are in the country with the beauty of the mountains, a field to run in and a trail to hike in. *Please note that the acreage is a total of 86 acres including the crop areas. There is very little time that the crop area is restricted. When the pumpkins are grown, it is fun to walk up the rows and we welcome the pups to be in there, take photos etc. If you visit during planting, we ask the dogs stay out of that area as that can damage the crop. There is lots of space to run and walk/hike. The perimeter trail is approximately 3.5km. There is short grass, tall grass the dogs can go in and out all over the field in the front and middle of the property. As well as up the hill trail.

Also if you're hoping for a quiet plate to training this is the place! For example Tlthere are lots of areas you can get your dog to sit and wait while you walk around a bush out of sight! Or if you simple want to sit down and let the dog sniff around there are lots of good corners and beautiful trees! You can park your car on the driveway and there is a gate code that will give you access. On a note if your dog is sensitive to other dogs, just a warning our neighbor has a dog on the other side of the fence. It's a strong fence and there's no way that the dogs are able to get at each other. That dog is very friendly and only wants to sniff and say hi. I have never heard him bark.

Peaceful mini-retreat with field & woods

22+ acre property with 20 acres that is fully/securely fenced. The front half is an open field & orchard, the back is forested and has maintained trails throughout. There's covered seating in the field & woods, portapotty, drinking water station, toys etc - see amenities for more details. There are seasonal streams, ponds in the woods this time of year, plus extra puddles & mud during/after moderate-heavy rain. Foot bridges and woodchips keep the main trails in decent shape for walking but there are plenty of muddy areas to explore so expect a wet, dirty dog - waterproof traction boots (muckboots etc) recommended. There's a dog rinse station (elevated, tethers, sidewalls) for faster cleaning that's easy on the back and keeps clothing drier; bring your own towels. Reservations are available up to 30 days in advance. Some days fill fast but plans can change & bookings get modified/canceled (2+hrs beforehand) - check back for an opening if interested. Thank you for being considerate of our space by reading and abiding by SS and spot specific rules and asking all who accompany you to do the same. First time visitors get an auto-message 2hrs beforehand with helpful info.

***Charges are in USD*** The fenced area contains our home. We do not enter the spot during visits. We are excited to supply a safe space to exercise and train your dogs. Please feel free to reach out with any questions you may have! We have a small white bench in the yard, but please let me know if additional seating is needed. 🌲🌳🐕 We also have unfenced areas that are included in the booking. They feel quite secure as they are surrounded by bush which acts as a bit of a natural fence (less so now that it is fall). I do encourage all guests to explore the unfenced areas as well as they add so much more space and variety, even if it is just once and on a leash/long line.
