Spacious and quiet. As listed you can hear dogs barking but I believe they were the neighbors across the street, so not super noticeable. The yard is right along Fraser highway with the cement walls on that side. Felt very secure. My boy is an extremely reactive rescue but did well with the faint barks and we were able to use the semi trucks passing for desensitization training. Host was great and left a chair and bottle of water for myself and fresh water for my pup!

We have an anxious dog and she's always nervous in a new environment but she seemed calm and relaxed in this spot. The place was big, clean, and the fence was secure so we didn't have to worry. There was a box of balls that my dog really enjoyed. Shauna also provided a chair and water for us and our dog. One of the best spots that we've visited! Will definitely be coming back.

Nice big yard, securely fenced, enough room to sniff and play while being safe and trigger free for my dog-reactive dog. Shauna has been leaving a chair, water for me and my dog and a box of balls out for us which is super thoughtful.

Fully fenced yard with enough room for 2 big dogs to play. My dog reactive old boy was able to run around and get in lots of sniffs without any of us stressing about other dogs. Thank you!

This sniff spot was great for a warm day as it has large trees and shade for humans and pups. The Owner has a chair and bottles of water waiting for us, and of course for our dog. We will come back !

Owner was very accommodating with our time mix up. Yard was plenty big with lots of spots for our dog to sniff and play. Very nice to have two lawn chairs and bottled water for myself and my husband and fresh water for our dog.

We had a fantastic visit here today! The yard was quiet and clean, plenty of room for our 2 big dogs to sniff, play and chase balls. The host is responsive and thoughtful - so nice to have fresh dog and people water (and dog balls/sticks) available. Convenient parking in the back - right next to the entry gate. A mix of sun and shade in the yard - we really enjoyed the sunny spots on this cold, crispy day, while the dogs explored all the different corners. We’re 30 minutes away but hope to book more weekend visits in the future. Thank you!
