Description

17 acre farm in the countryside in Niles, MI. Large fenced yard, plus hiking trails throughout the woods for off-leash or on leash experience. Approximately 1/2 acre fenced. See photos for fenced area marked in red. DISCLAIMER: We offer the option to take your dog into the unfenced area on or off leash. It is the dog owner's responsibility to maintain command of your dogs while using the unfenced area. It is highly recommended that you have a well-behaved and well-trained dog to utilize the unfenced area. If you choose to visit the unfenced area, you accept all liability and risk for your dogs. This can include but is not limited to your dog running off, encountering wildlife and/or farm animals. It is your responsibility to keep the dogs away from any farm animals on the property, including the mules. It is the dog owner's responsibility to keep dogs out of the pastures where the farm animals reside. We are not responsible for any harm or injury to dogs that you choose to take outside the fenced-in area.

Hazards

If you choose to use the trails on the back of the property, it is not fenced back there. You could encounter wildlife, including deer and turkey.

We are Matt and Laurie. We're dog parents and understand the need for green space for our dog family. We want to provide a place for others to enjoy with their dogs. We have both Fenced and open areas. The trails on our farm are somewhat hilly but not fenced in. The yard surrounding the house is fully fenced.

We have a beautiful front yard that's wide open along with a large fenced in back yard! Enjoy the woods, take in all the smells, take a break under our heater (when it is cold), take a dip in our pool when it's hot, have your kids join you on our swings - our land is your land! Come see what southern Michigan has to offer you!

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
	Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
