17 acre farm in the countryside in Niles, MI. Large fenced yard, plus hiking trails throughout the woods for off-leash or on leash experience. Approximately 1/2 acre fenced. See photos for fenced area marked in red. DISCLAIMER: We offer the option to take your dog into the unfenced area on or off leash. It is the dog owner's responsibility to maintain command of your dogs while using the unfenced area. It is highly recommended that you have a well-behaved and well-trained dog to utilize the unfenced area. If you choose to visit the unfenced area, you accept all liability and risk for your dogs. This can include but is not limited to your dog running off, encountering wildlife and/or farm animals. It is your responsibility to keep the dogs away from any farm animals on the property, including the mules. This spot is an unfenced 2 acre open space. There is track that is roughly .25 miles that dogs love to race on.

This is a large side lot near a large range garden for digging. Plenty of room to run, thinly wooded areas to explore. Loads of wildlife smells. We are just off a major highway in a quiet neighborhood with cautious slow drivers, lil sli e of doggy heaven!

In addition to the 1.3 acre fully fenced area we have a 2 acre field with trails that isn’t fenced. It’s a different environment full of sights, sounds, and scents for you dog to enjoy. I have a couple long leashes available for you to use so your dog has some freedom to explore.

The trails are all very well maintained. You will likely see birds, deer and plenty of wildlife throughout the trials.
