Our yard is around .25 acres and fully fenced with a 6ft privacy fence. Only 5 minutes from downtown! We do have a deck (perfect for throwing that ball!) and a patio. We live on a cul-de-sac so parking can be a bit wonky but there are usually spaces available or you’re welcome to pull into our driveway if one of our cars is not there.

Church Hill - Fully Fenced Yard For Dogs To Rent

Welcome to our fenced-in Church Hill yard—a great spot for dogs to run, play, and relax! The grassy area is about 500+ square feet and gets lots of sunshine, with a small paved section that has a grill, table, and some toddler toys. The yard is fully enclosed with latched gates at the front and back for added security. We don’t have a dog ourselves, so this is a neutral space for pups of all personalities. While we’re just getting started, we plan to add more amenities soon! Please bring what you need. The yard is in a quieter area, just off a main road, and while it’s mostly sunny, there are some shaded spots. A quick request: Please don’t allow the dogs to play with the children’s toys (they are mostly tucked away). Other than that, we hope you and your pup enjoy the space. We’re excited to host and make this a great spot for dog owners!

Your Pup's 0.4 Acre Private (Fully Enclosed 6 Foot Fence) Park In Lakeside!

Please come let your pups run around in our large Lakeside yard! Our 3 pups (sometimes 4 if we have a foster) love all the open space, so we hope yours will too. We will try to always leave a towel and some little treats up on the deck, so you’re more than welcome to help yourself to anything up there! There should be a bucket of toys, poop baggies in a ziploc bag that are likely inside of the weatherproof tub by the deck stairs, a pooper scooper and a hose etc, so please feel free to use any of it as needed.

Come out to my fenced in yard right off Midlothian Turnpike! The front and backyards connect to give additional room to run. There's a water hose on the side of the hose to use and bowls for water. I also have toys available for use! There's an apple tree, blackberry bushes, a mulberry tree, and an elderberry plant for foraging at different times of the year. You can also pick some roses if you'd like! There are coyotes in the forest behind my house so please be aware that this might not be the best sniff spot for pups that would jump over a 3 foot fence.

Approximate Hours: Saturday and Sunday mornings 8:30-11:30 am M-W 8:30 am - 7 pm Thurs-Fri 8:30 am - 5 pm Hi! I'm Alyssa, a rescue dog owner with a ~1/3 acre yard perfect for your dog to enjoy! We have a mix of gardens, grass, mulch, and leaf areas great for sniffing and playing fetch and a bin full of fun toys and treats. We have a special basket of small dog toys upon request. We provide cold water for humans, bug spray, and hand sanitizer. We spray our yard every 5 weeks with a natural oil mix to help reduce mosquitos, fleas, and ticks. Reactive dog owners should note that our neighbors on both sides have dogs that may or may not be outside during your visit. They are all friendly but will probably bark to say hello or run the fenceline with your dog. (No dogs live in the yard with the chain link which is newly covered). I recommend leaving your dog on a leash to walk the yard perimeter and ensure they're ok with neighbors' dogs. We provide a bucket of extra treats to help with training and distraction. Our girl loves a "sniffari" where you hide treats around the yard to sniff out. ⭐️ Important notes ⭐️ 🐶 All dogs must be FULLY vaccinated (Rabies, Parvo, Bordetella, DHPP, Lepto encouraged) Please do not book unless you are sure your dog has all their shots. Puppies less than 4 months old that are still building up vaccines should stay at home. 🐕‍🦺 Dogs MUST be leashed when entering and exiting the yard. Our neighbor across the street has a few outdoor cats we want to keep safe and our neighbors walk their dogs on the street. 🍃 Please do not let your dog eat or chew any of the plants in the yard. No excessive digging. 🌻 Please do not enter the gated garden area on the other side of the house.
