Description

Come and rest your paws in our peaceful yard in the city located in easy-to-access central San Diego, on the Southcrest of Mission Valley near Snapdragon Stadium and SDSU. Dogs love to run and konk out in the shade of the trees and cool grass. The side yard has a longer run which is perfect for your dogs to run free and get their ya-ya’s out. The yard is fully-fenced in with plenty of tennis balls to play fetch, water bowls, and a cot if they need a rest. We also have a tree swing for both kids and adults (under 200 lbs). There are no other dogs in adjacent yards but there are across the alley . This is a quiet neighborhood with plenty of street parking and private access through a side gate to our back yard. We hope you and your dogs will enjoy our space!

Doggie Play date (Venmo)$10

If you want to have another family(s) and their pup to socialize with, use this extra and book beginning 12:00 noon and after. Must disclose other family’s adults and dog names and total number at reservation or in chat message. Each dog and their owner = 1 Family. If you will be having 3 dogs over, then the $10 fee will apply for each family ($13 for initial family + $10 for family #2 (via Venmo) + $10 for family #3 (via Venmo))

Doggie pool$10

** NOT AVAILABLE NOVEMBER - MAY ** Just for the summer months, you can add doggie pool to your visit - minimum 1 hour reservation and a 2-hour MINIMUM COURTESY MESSAGE (this means you must message me IN ADDITION to the reservation to make sure I know about the extra) required for renting this perk! Please do not take any plant cuttings or let dogs relieve themselves on deck, patio furniture, and BBQ. Please clean up all toys, balls, etc., and push deck chairs back under table, furniture covers pull down, etc., so as to leave it nice and tidy for the next guest. Please no yelling or foul language as I have nearby Neighbors and I would like to offer a nice Sniffspot without any issues from neighbor complaints. Also do not use their driveway as a sidewalk — please walk through grass front yard to street parking. Thank you !!

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
