This property is ideal for owners seeking a quiet, uncrowded environment away from other dogs. SAFETY NOTICE The property is large but unfenced. Dogs with any history of biting people or posing risk of aggression towards humans must remain leashed at all times while on the property. CONSERVATION EFFORTS Our USDA-approved Forest Management Plan aims to ensure sustainable stewardship of the forest’s health and natural habitats. Trail walkers are vital for achieving sustainability. As a walker, you can help us do so by: Donating. You can help us achieve our aim of sustainable conservation by making a donation. About 20% of your booking fee goes to Sniffspot allowing you to book a hike through their platform. You can choose to donate the remainder of the booking fee to support our trail upkeep initiative; or you can decline to make a donation and we will waive the remainder. Welcome! Our sniffspot is home to our two pups, mochi and kipper. We have our yard fully fenced with 6ft privacy fence, and a small section 4ft chain link fence (see last photo). You can park right in our driveway and enter in through either gate, there is one on the side of the driveway and one at the back of the driveway. All people and pets will be inside during your visit for your privacy. There will be poop bags, a bowl of water, and a basket of toys for you and your pup to use if you wish.
