Welcome! Our sniffspot is home to our two pups, mochi and kipper. We have our yard fully fenced with 6ft privacy fence, and a small section 4ft chain link fence (see last photo). You can park right in our driveway and enter in through either gate, there is one on the side of the driveway and one at the back of the driveway. All people and pets will be inside during your visit for your privacy. There will be poop bags, a bowl of water, and a basket of toys for you and your pup to use if you wish. Whether you wish to sit in the shade or play in the sun, we hope you enjoy your visit to our yard!

Fully fenced, secure and private acre of doggy heaven located on a cul de sac. Large grass yard, mulch, and wooded area on each side of the yard will keep your dog busy sniffing and exploring. The ground is cleared in the wooded areas for fun running and walks. Large blue stone shaded patio that backs up to woods. The large in ground pool is securely covered with a safety cover. All people and pets will be inside during your visit for privacy. There are poop bags, a bowl of water and a basket of toys for you and your pup if you wish. Give your pup a cool break at our 4 acre partially fenced private dog park over 100 meters from the street with water, grass, woods and more! Human friends can take a break in the shade and watch for some of the magnificent birds that also visit the river while your pup is having the time of it’s life. Private parking onsite. *** This is a “carry in carry out” “park!” Please take your poop bags. I cannot have all the poop :) There is a park with a garbage bag 200 yards from my house if you want to dispose of it quickly. Right out of my driveway, 200 yards on your left. Pull over and toss the bag into the garbage there. **Back patio is off limits. It is not fenced but please respect this space, tables, chairs, etc., as my private space and refrain from sitting/lounging. Please also refrain from in using the swing set. Please do your best to keep pups from running through any plantings! All other space in front yard near the river and backyard grassy area and woods are available to explore! ***I have recently found a lot of poop in my yard. You MUST clean up after your dogs. If it continues I will have to shut down my spot. Please keep a watchful eye on your dogs and clean up their poop. I cannot police the yard after every visitor and clean up their poop. Be respectful of the Sniffspot community and just in general have respect and clean up after your dogs!!!

Welcome pups & humans! Our fully-fenced dog run is a flat 60x30 feet area with low grass, dog toys, treats, water bowls, and treated with organic pest control for ticks and mosquitoes. Fencing is high for bigs, and goes completely down to the ground for littles! What we make thru Sniffspot goes to the care of animals we rescue! About 1/3 is shaded, Wi-Fi, covered porch and a dedicated shed aka “pup parlor” with sofa and chair to chill out in inclement weather. If added, we can set up the kiddie pool for your visit. Bug spray, sunscreen, hand sanitizer, and water for the humans. Pup playground is located on a 4-acre property (you can also have access to) called Graceland Meadows Animal Rescue & Sanctuary (www.gracelandmeadows.org) where we save pets and farm animals from cruel lives and needless deaths. The spot is named for our recently departed Rocco, our love and inspiration! Sniffspot fee goes to the care of the rescued animals. Currently we’re home to two rescued horses, six chickens, and four companion birds, located in their own separate enclosed areas. We have two rescued dogs permanently sanctuaried here for a year+ and possibly another one or two at times that we’re fostering. My dogs will be inside when you visit — unless you’d like your dog to have a playmate … in which case, happy to discuss and try out a playdate. If there’s anything we can do or add to make your time here more enjoyable, just let us know. Woof woof! 🐾 🦴 🐶

Please read this information carefully prior to booking. Please send a message to me confirming you’ve read and agreed to everything in this description prior to booking. When you book, we will ask for your full name and contact information in case of any incidents. We reserve the right to cancel your booking if you are unwilling to provide this information. There are dogs and cats in the home. They will not be out during your reserved time. They may be audible or visible though through windows. Do not book if you have an unsocialized dog that cannot be around strangers. We have people visiting the property regularly and cannot plan around your visit. No one will bother you but we want to be transparent that you’re not visiting some isolated area with no activity. Do not allow your dog off-leash outside of the fenced-in area. There are cameras all over the property. Please be advised that you consent to being video recorded if you enter the property. You must park on the street. No parking in our driveway. Please make requests for Dog bowls or towels or treats (or anything else) prior to your booking and we will try to accommodate your requests. The spot is not scooped or cleaned by the owners. If you arrive and there is poop, scoop it if you do not want yourself or your dog to step in poop. Scoop up your own dog’s poop prior to leaving as well. We will not tolerate reviews about cleanliness of the spot as we are being very clear beforehand that the owners do not go out and scoop the spot for visitors. The spot is in a quiet neighborhood and there are two gates. The fence is well-secured and has been visited and enjoyed by hundreds of dogs over the years. No dog has ever escaped and the area is really fun for throwing a ball around or training your pet. We appreciate you reading this information and hope to host you soon.

Welcome to our Fully fenced in yard. Please keep dogs off deck. Please pick up after your dog. It's not fair if next person has to deal with your leftovers! Freshwater is available from the hose, which is outside of the yard to the left of the garage. It’s a blue knob help yourself. Please don’t leave the water running though and be sure to fully close the knob. Thank you.

0.31 acres. Great for bigger dogs. We have a Pom and are currently getting parts of the fence filled in because she can fit under. Dogs will have to be supervised until that is complete. Lots of spade to run around and play! No more pool - that’s an old photo.
