Love this yard!!! The yard is super clean and the fence is amazing! They were very nice people, there's a comfortable chair, a good hose for water, poop bags and plenty of room to safely run and play. My dogs loved it! I can't think of anything more we would want.

Such a blast!! Highly worth our 45 minute drive. We rented for 1.5 hours to allow us enough time to fully explore. we really allowed our dogs noses to create our trail. But the map helped make sure that we were staying in the general vicinity. This is the most freedom my dog has ever had and They had so much fun and were knocked in the car after. The trail was a little icy at first, wear good shoes! Thank you for sharing your land!!

Hands down the best spot we've visited so far! Trails are well marked and the host sent us a map ahead of time so we could download it onto our google maps (since service was spotty). Lots of good smells for our pup and he got some fresh water to drink in the river. The entire larger figure 8 loop is about 1.5 miles (per the Apple Watch). We went in the middle of Feb and there was tons of snow so definitely good thing we brought spikes (doable without, but spikes made it much easier to maneuver). We will definitely be back and will probably bring the dog squad next time!

If you're looking for complete seclusion and want to get as much exercise as your dog for an hour or two, this is the place. We went at 9am on a Sat morning and we heard nothing but a creek, birds chirping and the snow crunching under our feet/paws. No one in sight. Beau took off and came back as he saw fit and I didn't have a worry in the world. I had lost the trail marker(s) once or twice but this kind of activity is new to us so I'm sure I wandered a bit. Coming back plenty this spring/summer. Won't get a better deal for true seclusion and peace of mind with a reactive dog.

We had a fantastic time here with our dogs! They had a blast running free, splashing in the water, and getting wonderfully wet and muddy—just the way they like it. The trails were well-marked, the area was clean, and it felt like the perfect spot for adventure. It’s also a great alternative for dogs who love to explore but aren’t fans of crowded dog parks, like one of ours. Highly recommend for an off-leash adventure!

As a long time dog owner, I did not know that anything like sniffspot even existed. I came across this idea recently and decided to try it out. I found a piece of heaven with Charlie’s place!! This was a game changer for us and our dogs. Charlie was amazing and reached out to provide trail maps, recommendations for things we would need as well as a direct number for him in case we needed further while there. It truly blew us away. At the top of the trail head, we let our pups go and we have never seen them so happy! The trails are well outlined and easy to follow. We will definitely be recommending this place as well as visiting often. Thank you Charlie for being so amazing and offering such an incredible property for those of us that need a private space, I was able to breathe easy and not worry about running into other people or dogs. Our first sniff spot adventure did not disappoint! worth the hour drive! The dogs had a blast off leash exploring and playing in the water! We will definitely be returning for more fun and zoomies! Charlie's place is a hidden gem for our pups to run free! The dogs had so much fun romping through the woods and smelling all the things. My dog is reactive on hikes with strangers so it was wonderful to be able to hike and relax with no worries of running into anyone. We will be back!
