Wide open spaces! Let your doggo run free as can be on our flat 5 acre lot! Hit up our smaller private pond or larger shared pond. Natural trees surrounding with natural shade on hot daze. Hazards & Wildlife: Our Sniffspot is a natural, open space! Expect uneven ground from mole/vole bumps (which can be frozen in cold weather). Fencing is mostly wire and natural barriers (blackberry bushes!). Wildlife: You'll likely see deer, birds (including eagles/hawks!), frogs, and snakes. Please be mindful of your dog's prey drive. SMALL DOGS: Eagles and hawks are frequent visitors. Pond: A shared, natural pond is accessible (neighbor's dogs too). We've had no algae issues, but use caution. Fencing: Some areas are marked with orange rope/green stakes where fencing ends. Blackberries: Thorny blackberry bushes border the property – we try to manage them, but they can be widespread. Mushrooms: After rain, mushrooms may appear – some could be toxic. Please supervise your dog. Enjoy your Sniffspot adventure!"

2 humans to 1 dog ratio, any additional people above that ratio is $5. Ex. 3 dogs can have up to 6 humans max. Every additional person after that would be $5.

U-Pick Green Apple Season!$5

When it's apple season - U-Pick from our green apple tree; fill up a brown paper bag for $5. *please do not climb tree or pull aggressively on the limbs. Proceed with caution as there may be wasps etc around the tree.

Timing: Please arrive and leave exactly at your scheduled time. We schedule reactive dogs carefully, so timing is crucial. Health: Please don't bring dogs with contagious illnesses (parvo, giardia, etc.). No: No glass, smoking, or vaping on the property. Parking: Park on the GRAVEL driveway, not the grass. Clean Up: Please clean up after your dog and yourself. People Limit: 2 humans per dog max. Extra people are $5 each (select in "extras"). 3 dogs gets up to 6 people free. Safety: We prioritize safety for all dogs. Please do the same. Cameras: We have security cameras on site. Privacy: We live on site, but will give you your space. Thank you for helping us keep Sniffspot safe and enjoyable!

I love animals and got this property for my 3 rescue dogs to run and explore in. Sharing the space so other furry friends can explore too. We love to go on adventures together and appreciate nature.

	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
