Wide open spaces! Let your doggo run free as can be on our flat 5 acre lot! Hit up our smaller private pond or larger shared pond. Natural trees surrounding with natural shade on hot daze. Hazards

Expected wild life and open land hazards. The land is flat and there is uneven ground from critters - mole/vole bumps. *During the colder temperatures, the mole/vole bumps may be frozen. Proceed with caution. Mostly wire fencing and natural barriers that lead to the larger pond, forest/blackberry bushes, and neighbor's property. There’s a wildlife corridor (NO fencing) gap near the bushes and shared pond that leads to our neighbor's property. Green stakes with orange rope marked has no fencing behind it. Our property is surrounded by blackberry bushes on the perimeter. You may come across blackberry branches with thorns around the property. We do our best to maintain the bushes, but they can be everywhere! *You may see deer, geese, ducks, swans, eagles, blue herons, various other birds, frogs, garden snakes, and other wild life that enter our property. Please keep this in mind if your dog has a high prey drive. *The larger shared pond is more wild so use extra caution when entering. Our neighbors and their animals also have access to the larger pond. Both ponds are used by dogs and no incidents have been reported for algae. Please proceed at your own risk. *Mushroom season! After rainfall, our property may have various mushrooms pop up. Please proceed with caution, as some may be toxic to animals and humans. *SMALL DOG WARNING: Eagles and Hawks frequent our property, please proceed with caution with smaller dogs.

2 humans to 1 dog ratio, any additional people above that ratio is $5. Ex. 3 dogs can have up to 6 humans max. Every additional person after that would be $5.

U-Pick Green Apple Season!$5

When it's apple season - U-Pick from our green apple tree; fill up a brown paper bag for $5. *please do not climb tree or pull aggressively on the limbs. Proceed with caution as there may be wasps etc around the tree.

- Please DO NOT arrive earlier or leave later then your scheduled time. The safety of our dogs and guests’ dogs are very important to us. We base our reactive dogs outdoor time based on bookings. Respecting everyone’s time and timing is important. - Please DO NOT bring your dog if they have anything contagious/transmittable Ie Parvo, Giardia, etc - no glass items, no smoking or vaping on site. - Please park on the GRAVEL driveway, not on the grass. - Please clean up after your dog and yourself. - 2 humans per 1 dog maximum, if additional people are in your group, there is a $5 extra charge per person. Please mark this in the extras option to be charged. If you have 3 dogs you can have up to 6 humans without additional charges. Thank you! Thank you! We keep our place as safe as possible and ask you to do the same for our dogs and other dogs that visit. Please note: We have security cameras on site. We do live on site and you may occasionally see us in/out if needed but for the most part we do our best to give you your space.

I love animals and got this property for my 3 rescue dogs to run and explore in. Sharing the space so other furry friends can explore too. We love to go on adventures together and appreciate nature.

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
