We're back open for 2025! Welcome to our home! Five generations of my family have lived here since its construction in the 1950s. Our yard is very special to me because I grew up watching my great grandmother Ruby, and my grandmother Dot, put so much love and care into creating a sacred space for our family and friends. We’re excited to be able to share a part of it with you and your loved ones and we hope that you enjoy it as much as we do.

This is located on a flat, Gated and fenced property - Anna’s Private Dog Park in Novato is a horse paddock with Hog wire fencing as added protection on a private one acre gated property that includes WiFi and seating.

Welcome to Scooby Doo playground an Airbnb. It’s a half acre fully fenced to bring you and your dog. It’s in the heart of Franklin Canyon Martinez California. It is countries so you do see goats pigs, I have a private screen it helps keep direct eye contact away from farm animals. Upon request, I have an obstacle course that can be put up. We are new to this so come and give us a try. All feedback is welcome.

A beautiful fenced-in 3+ acre parcel with hills, a few trees, areas of short and tall grass. Dogs absolutely love it here. Occasionally we’ll see wild turkeys and a few deer (and a gopher or squirrel here and there) but otherwise a dog roaming paradise. Easy to pull in and park (near the empty barn) and there are several shady spots around property. I have dog bowls, a few toys, emergency poop bags, and a washing station. Cell reception is fine here.

Hello, we are opening up our pasture for dogs and people to enjoy. We haven't used the field in years and decided to give it a purpose again. Please only park in the designated area and just in front of it if you have multiple cars. The ditch can become wet in which you may get stuck. We hope you enjoy! Thank you

Welcome to our dog pool! Yup, that’s right, we designed this pool specifically for dogs!!!! We have 3 large benches that accommodate dogs of all sizes (some benches are more shallow/deeper than others), plus a step that goes all the way around the pool for dogs to walk on. In addition to that, we have a step in the deep end that makes it easy for the dogs to get in and out of the pool! We also have bubblers inside of the pool (the dogs go crazy over these) and then outside of the pool we have fountains that shoot into the pool! This is literally a dream pool for dogs and dog owners! The pool is surrounded by artificial turf and a gorgeous view! We can’t wait for you to check out our pool! Please note, this spot is right next to our home, we too have dogs and they can be seen through our windows!

Sorry, no porta potty available, as it was put there by landscapers while they worked on property. Please do not book the 230pm time slot Mon-Fri if you have a reactive dog. Book the 3pm time slot as I rent the field out to a dog walker who leaves with many cars of dogs around 230pm or slightly thereafter, so that you do not cross paths with one another. Agility equipment area has just been added to sniffspot. Enter through secondary gate within sniffspot.Enjoy your visit!! Sometimes I have time slots available that do not show on calendar. Welcome to “Pep’s place”, Santa Rosa’s premier Sniffspot location. Located in the heart of Santa Rosa “Peps place” offers more than 1.25 acres of fully fenced dog Paradise. Dedicated to our late great German Shepherd Pepper, this was her favorite spot to chase a ball. You will receive the code after booking. Drive in and park anywhere on the gravel road. *April update* grass has been mowed and lights have been installed!”

Very large field of a backyard, fully enclosed, ready for your pups to run wild. A note: we’ve got a couple sets of stairs along the side of the house to get down to the backyard.

Pups of all sizes enjoy this spot. Half acre property, fully fenced and gated, good privacy, lawn, pool, lounge chairs, table and chairs, flower gardens, redwood trees, olive trees, persimmon trees, meditation garden, hummingbirds, and even a red fire hydrant. Optional pool access for people can be purchased as an Extra, by the hour and by the person. The pool is unheated except by the sun/air. We love all dogs and welcome dogs of all shapes and sizes and hair types to visit; however we can only offer pool access for non-shedding pups, as long hair and fur was unfortunately causing damage to the pool equipment; If you are booking for more than one non-shedding dog swimming or for longer than an hour, please message us with info about your dog(s) and we will create an extra for you for the number of dogs you have swimming. Most visitors find the lawn size ample for running around and throwing a ball a bit, but if you are looking for a field to throw a tennis ball as far as you possibly can with a Chuck-it, the yard is not really the right size and shape for that, sorry! Hours right now are 7:00am to 8:30pm. If you are booking prior to 8:30am, please book no later than 9:00pm the night before, so that we see the booking before we go to bed. Beautiful 1 plus acre with Porta potty and water buckets. Some trees for shade. We try our best to keep the perimeter mowed during Spring so you can enjoy walking and playing fetch. Views of Sonoma Mountain. Straight up the driveway (no turning left or right) dead end in gravel driveway and park in front of the railroad crossing sign that has a Sniffspot poster. Bring your muckers in the wet months and walk laps with your pup(s). Offers different view perspectives :)

We have a beautiful leveled natural grass backyard (5000sft) surrounded by tall trees in the back where your dogs can run stress free and play.

Please be aware there are friendly stray cats on property but not in the backyard. They’ve been here for 19 years which is wayyy longer than my family and I however they are not a bother for our furry guests that often come around for doggy day care and pet boarding services 😊
