I love the safety of having a fully fenced in yard i wanted to share it with those who don’t have access to one of their own. My sniffspot is about 3/4 an acre and fully fenced in. I have a screened in patio for the humans to relax with chairs. I also offer coffee and hot chocolate for $2 and bottled water for $1. I have 3 dogs that love having other dogs over to play with.

Quiet. And alot of space, no wild dogs in my area, full 1.5 acres to walk around, front yard is best , it's .7 acres, 2k a month total
