This is a single family home located on the West side of Atascadero. We recently enclosed our grassy 2,000 square foot yard with 4" square hog wire fencing (3' minimum height). It is visually open for your dog to watch activities. We are retired and longtime dog owners (currently Cockadoodle). In addition to the grassy area, the adjoining hardscape patio offers a setting for owners to relax, access electrical outlet to use laptop/WiFi, and spend time with their pets. You are also welcome to leave your pets with us while you are away.

Though the fence does seem fairly high and secure, there is one spot near the gate at the back that a dog could get through If they are motivated. And the train goes by so if you have a fearful dog, be aware of this. Otherwise fun for the dogs to sniff and explore.

The perfect place to let your dogs run wild! Plenty of open space, and fully gated once you close the entrance gate. Had a really awesome time bringing my young kids and dogs out. Definitely will make the trip out again and highly recommend!

Huge, clean place to let your dog run and explore. We had a great time and brought our toddler along as well. Graham was very responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend booking.

Highly recommend it- the area was securely fenced in and very well maintained. It had acres of grass, trees, a pond, some chairs, and even some dog toys. I saw the owner when I arrived and he was incredibly friendly but also respectful of not invading my "time" while we were using the yard. The area is beautiful- there were no other dogs nearby or people and I will definitely return. Make sure to take Santa Clara directly to Los Palos.. when you drive onto the property it is the second house back by a green gate- remember to close the gate after you arrive. This is a hidden gem! Thanks for a wonderful experience for my dogs!

Graham and gang were awesome. Space was open. We played fetch for the full hour, my dog being a Reactive Friend, loved her privacy and left ready to nap. G had water and bags (pick up your shi💩) otherwise, it’s a nice open safe space and I’m hoping to be able to hang out once a week so look forward to the future!

Great spot! We had a wonderful time and my dog felt extremely comfortable. No one bothered us & we played fetch the whole time. We are planning on returning! I always pack my own water, toys, and other essentials so I can’t attest to the amenities but everything else was as expected! Wonderful place to play! As far as triggers for other peoples dogs, the neighbors on both sides were in their yards but they are very far and not an issue for my dog at all. She is normally weary of strangers but she felt very secure in the yard and didn’t mind it!

This was so awesome! I live in an apartment and this allowed my pup to run free and play fetch for awhile. The fence seemed very secure, except for the gate that leads out to the railroad tracks. Luckily my dog only went over there once and I was near by. It would make me feel a little better about going back if that was fixed. My dog likes to bolt if he’s free to roam, so it makes me a little weary. Otherwise, I had a good experience.

Everything was exactly as described. Little area set up with doggie essentials. They did a great job mowing the field and we really loved that we didn't see foxtails which have been so bad this year. Easy to find location and large area for our dog to safely run around in. Our dog is newly rescued and was able to experience being off leash in a secure area. Tons of things to smell and noises to hear. We will definitely be back and letting our friends with dogs know.

This was a beautiful spot to take my two fur babies! It was perfect there was so much space for them to just run around. They loved it ! I did not have to worry about them running off or worry about other dogs. They got home and had to take a nap! It was a great experience will be coming back 😀😀

Google maps took us to the wrong address; Apple Maps worked better. Great space, plenty of room for our 2 border collies to run & fetch; they even looked tired after lol. I couldn’t get the water to work but I also didn’t try that hard to troubleshoot & there was water in a bowl

It was the perfect spot for my dog to run around on! They provided lots of toys and clean water(: I loved that they even had chairs for me to sit on so that I can sit back and relax to watch while my dog just explored on her own. I’m definitely coming back soon

Sniffspot only allows one booking at a time and any host dogs are required to be kept away from the spot during visits. We also enforce 30 min time buffers between bookings.
