This location sits along Indian Creek. There are a few access points to the creek as you walk along the field. Grasses will remain short until May. At that point nothing is mowed until August to promote nesting and wildlife habitat. There are no houses visible from this location. A road runs along the property, but if you follow the creek you can easily stay 500-1000 feet off the road. Your dog will be free to roam, swim in the creek, dig all it wants with no worry of hurting anything, go to the bathroom freely in the wild. I trained Labrador retrievers for 16 years, and would love to help with retrieval skills if requested.

This is an unfenced property that is combination of flat open space, hills, trees, and tall grassy areas. The property border is outlined by the street in the front, a shared gravel driveway on the left and back, and a solid tree line on the right. Guests can park in the driveway or yard in front of the green outbuilding.

We can provide Johnsons Baby shampoo and towels if you would like to give your dog a bath in it. We will have camping chairs available to sit and relax while watching your dog run around our fenced in yard. We will also provide bottles of water for you to drink if thirsty besides bucket of fresh water for your dog/dogs. There are ticks in the woods so be sure to have flea/tick preventative on your dog/dogs.

Our puppy loves to run around our property. We have a barn with concrete patio with folding chairs for you to enjoy the shade. There is a large dirt hill that my children and dog love to dig in. We have an outhouse (no running water currently at the land) that needs to be locked up after use to keep large animals out. There is a woods behind our barn that we do not travel in much as it does not have paths yet. However, if you like to explore with your dog, you’re able. There is an old fence line within the woods to distinguish the line. There are wildflowers and other vegetation and walking paths.
