We hope to complete the renovations with new enrichment programs and fun coursework later this summer. Please check with your accountant as we are a Non-Profit Registered, and the money we make from your visits 100% goes to healing these amazing K9s. ***Agility equipment will be gone from November 13th - April 1st. Two fenced in fields each > 100x90. One field closest to road has two fences at 4 feet ant one at 5 feet. The other field has 6 foot fence on all sides. Agility equipment is setup in one of the fields from April - December. Price is lowered during winter months since there is no agility equipment. Increase in rental prices reflect maintenance and upkeep of equipment and park.

This is my private home. You may park in the driveway. Please keep your dog on a leash until in enclosed area. Please respect privacy and neighbors, do not allow dogs to bark excessively. The area is grass with tree cover. Totally fenced in with stockade fencing except for the gate. There is some agility equipment please stay off equipment unless arrangements have been made to use the equipment. Do not allow dogs to fence chase the chickens or the goats.

NOTE we have had a few recent issues with folks being sent to the wrong location while using Apple Maps. If you are having trouble locating us we suggest using Waze or Google Maps as an alternative. The driveway is well marked with Sniffspot signs. Fully fenced, lightly wooded yard, about an acre. Paths around perimeter and throughout. Barn with kennels in case you need to separate dogs or get in out of the weather. Plenty of shade. The property contains many boulders, tree stumps, logs and leaves for your dog to explore, and lots of room to run. Please wear sturdy shoes or boots and watch your step. There may be roots, rocks, holes or the occasional poop hiding under the leaves. Several of our guests have seen deer on the path to the SniffSpot gate. We strongly recommend keeping your dogs leashed until you are safely inside the fenced area.

If you would like to use one or all, just message me through sniffspot and let me know so I can have it out for you. - For doggie play-dates, one person should book for all attendees. - You can park on the street or in the driveway when available. - The pool is protected by a fence in the winter and open in the summer. Access to the pool is blocked by a gate on the deck stairs. - After a lot of rain we sometimes get muddy puddles. - The yard has grass, flowers, woods, a kiddie pool, access to a hose, water bowl, dog toys, a place for pet parents to sit and relax while the doggos play. - Its probably a bit more than a 1/2 acre fenced with grass and a wooded trail. There will almost always be someone home during any visit as I work from home. We have dogs and I will lock them inside the house while we have visitors. Rules: 1. We would appreciate a 24 hour notice for all reservation changes or cancellations. 2. If you have more than 2 cars attending at the same time, please park at North Broadway Crossing. 3. Only one booking is in the yard at a time. 4. Due to the pool, no person under 18 is allowed on the property without adult supervision. 5. It is crucial that you arrive during and only stay for the time booked because another family my be booked directly after you or I could have my dogs in the yard if you are there outside of your booked time and I wouldn't want an unexpected encounter.

Hello Paw-rents, I have taken part of my property with the plan that other K9 parents would be interested in enjoying the obstacles we made so you can exercise your dog and practice agility. We offer human and dog snacks in the cooler. Please help yourself.

As of April it is very muddy. The pups seem to love the mud but you might want to bring a towel for your car ride home. *Security cameras in use.*

This land was recently left to me by my father and is currently being built up to be a sustainable farm. This summer I am have built a massive greenhouse, will be building a chicken coop and next year start fencing in portions of the land for other farm animals. There is enough parking at the top of on the land where the fruit trees and main house is located for your vehicle. There is also enough of a shoulder where the front property line is for street parking. Come join and enjoy the growing amenities during the week and/or with me and my 2 pups on the weekends! I will update this app as I add more and more features.
