*ATTENTION! Our spot will be closed from the beginning of September through mid- September for chestnut harvest season.* Welcome to Dolce Ridge Dog Park! This property is a fully operational chestnut farm that doubles as a dog park in the off season. The property includes a fully enclosed 7 acre lot as well as some wooded area with a creek outside of the fenced-in area that you're welcome to explore as well!

Our backyard is a fenced-in 3 acre area where fur babies love to run! Pool area open May-October. Dogs allowed to take a dip with pet owner supervision. We do not rent our pool to humans---only if owner is in pool with their pet!! :)

We call our yard the wildlife highway so your dog will have a field day smelling deer, foxes, raccoons, squirrels, and more! Basically toys and poop bags provided. Dog washing area
Owners are legally responsible for their dogs and any injuries or damages caused by them. The Park is divided into large and small dog areas. The small dog area is for dogs less than 30 pounds. Owners of small dogs have priority to use the small dog area, and owners of large dogs have priority to use the large dog area. Dog owners must honor a request to move to the appropriate side of the park. Dogs showing ANY sign of aggression must be immediately removed from the park. If you are asked to leave he park, you must do so immediately. There is a limit of two (2) dogs per owner in the park at any time. Dog feces must be cleaned up by owners. (Owners means adult in charge of the dog at the park) Owners must discourage excessive barking. All dogs must be on-leash until inside the fenced area. Dog owners must carry a leash at all times, closely supervise their dogs and at no time may the owner leave the fenced area without his/her dog. Gates must be kept closed except when entering or exiting. Dogs must wear a current Maplewood Dog Park tag, and have up-to-date rabies vaccinations. Dogs should be under voice control at all times. Owners must fill any holes their dog digs. Remove gentle leader, halter, harness, pinch, spike, and choke collars prior to entering the fenced area. No children 12 years of age or younger are allowed inside the fenced area; children aged 13-18 are permitted inside the fenced area only when accompanied by a person over the age of 18.

Trail
Park hours are Sunrise to Sunset. Maintenance shall be performed each Friday morning, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., and visitors may be asked to leave the area at that time to allow mowing of the turf in a safe manner. All dogs must wear their current license tag and be up to date on its shots. No dogs under 4 months of age will be allowed in the area. All dogs outside of the off-leash area must remain on the leash at all times. Dogs should be under control of their handler and in view of their handler at all times. Handlers are responsible for any injuries caused by the dogs under their control. Handlers shall have no more than 2 dogs present per visit. Be considerate of others: pick up dog feces and dispose of in the nearby trash receptacles promptly. Cover any holes that your dog may dig. Female dogs in heat shall not be brought to the dog park. Refrain from bringing food or rawhide into the area, as it may cause dogs to fight or become aggressive. Training treats will be allowed. Aggressive dogs will not be tolerated and will asked to leave the area immediately. Choke collars and spike collars are not permitted. For safety reasons, children must be at least ten years of age to use the park and they must be closely supervised. Users of this facility do so at their own risk. The City of O’Fallon shall not be held responsible for any injury or damage caused by any dog in the Off Leash Area.

Owners must obtain a membership to access the Dog Park. Memberships can be obtained online below or at the Collinsville Parks & Recreation office (10 Gateway Drive) with proof of current rabies vaccination, a current license in the owner’s county of residence, and a recent photograph for each dog. Owners will receive a receipt of membership and the code to access the park when they submit their application materials. Park Hours:6:00 am - 9:00 pm Dogs must be leashed when entering and exiting the Dog Park. Gates must remain closed except when entering or exiting the off leash or staging areas. No choke, pinch or spike collars allowed in the park area. Dogs must wear leather or smooth cloth collars while in the off leash area. No child under the age of 15 is permitted unless accompanied by an adult.
