Acres upon acres of land to run your pups ragged! Very close to town; situated inside, but not part of the new Shady Creek Estates. We have a large field with some trees and trails galore, a creek, and plenty of wooded trails past the creek. There's sitting areas along the way and tons of sights and smells for the doggies to enjoy!

Close in town, but yet country setting on dead end road, 15 acres total, dog park is at front entrance on left. We started a smaller one several years ago, but then decided to wait and build a 6ft fence dog park in front and just finished it Sept 21, 2024! Still adding amenities! Will be open 24 hours after lighting is installed, hopefully soon! I only have 1 neighbor w 2 dogs about 1 acre away which they are not out till late afternoon, there is a train track but no horn, 2 acre park is at front of my 15 acres. I am here 98 percent of the time, I have a horse, 2 donkeys, 3 cats and 2 dogs. My dogs are kept in the house while park is in use. Cats are free roaming but usually stay behind house in barn area or on my back porch. We welcome suggestions as well, as everyone may want different things. Occasionally you will see Deer, Owls, Hawks, Buzzards and my horse and donkeys can sometimes be seen but are several acres away from the dog park. We also have some large tow dumpsters on the property that come and go down the driveway occasionally when they are rented out.

In the next week or so I will add a valentines Photo Booth with plenty of props at no additional cost! My yard is just a little over half an acre with plenty of space to run around & fetch. Outside kitchen can be used to rinse off in sink or grab a cold water from mini fridge. Poop bags, towels, and dog treats provided for your convenience. This is an open field acre - area that is available for you and your fur baby to run around and play in a traffic free field that has room for obstacles, training, digging, and anything else you’d like to partake in! It is far off from any open roads to avoid any accidents that might occur to your fur baby! It does not have a gate so it is your responsibility to keep an eye on your doggo at all times. There is a water hose outside of the housing unit nearby, as well as dog waste bags, drinking water bowls, and some miscellaneous dog toys for your baby to play with. There is an option of the smaller open field directly behind my housing unit as well as the larger open field area a house down from my unit. Both areas are open and available for you to decide of which area you’d like to utilize, with parking nearby.

are real picky about that so I think I'm not going to I just don't know what I would do about that thing I'm going to wait and maybe get some comments on the treats and stuff I may get some of those balls and peanut butter in them something like that but then again I don't think animals are having large allergies to peanuts like humans but the last thing I want to do is provide food that the parents don't allow the dog to I hope this explanation along with the pictures gives you an idea of what me and my boys can offer your family. And although I'm 52 I'm still very teachable so I will be open for any suggestions at any time because this will be a new venture for me even though I've had animals in my life my entire life of all kinds and I keep animals for their entire lifetime. In answering all these questions I realized I might need to get a permit from the City of Garland which is one of the reasons why I will not open for several weeks but I will keep my profile updated. Outside of starting and not for profit equestrian farm for horses that for whatever views or what have you this is the next best thing. Last but not least, I personally am a extreme believer in my boys health when it comes to the yard. Not only for their safety but they're inside and outside dogs so whatever they walk on they bring it to my house which I'll just leave it at that. I hope this isn't too long as I do have a HUGE issue with being brief but I prefer to put everything on the table at the front end versus the back end. I am a very honest direct person can I help you be the same way with me. I hope see I love you here at some point in the near future I'm going to get busy getting the yard up to specs for this type of an opportunity. I look forward to meeting everyone and your babies.
