Hello fellow pet parents! We have a total of three lush green acres available for your beloved pet friends to explore. The space is fully-fenced. Our fence is a 3.5 foot high cattle fence with wire mesh. The entrance to our spot is a large metal swing gate. The spot has cut short-grass. There are lots of deer among other animals in the area so your dog can have their own sniffing adventure! No need to worry if your dog is reactive because these animals usually keep their distance. We have digging areas and poop bags. We also have some wood planks that could possibly be used for agility jumps (See pictures). You can enjoy a chill hangout at the picnic table, or relax on the lawn chairs while watching your pup. Hand sanitizer, sunscreen, and a trash can will be provided as well. At this time we are not able to offer water or doggy bowls. The area is quite tranquil; you can enjoy birds chirping or even meditate. Portable lawn chairs are also accessible. It’s a perfect place to take some time off from daily life struggles and relax; both for you and your furry friend! Shady spots are available during any time of the day if you don’t like to be under the sun. We would love to see your furry friends enjoying our yard. Update for Former Guests: the stone house and yard are no longer part of our spot. ***See the last photo in our gallery for an overview map of the updated Sniffspot. Please park at the top of the hill by the large metal barn and walk down the hill on the path on the right to the pond. We are open occasional hours due to surveying and construction soon to be started. Please message me if you have a specific time you want to come out and I will open for you if possible! Dogs can run, swim, play and explore the 18 acres of fields above our farm pond. Seating, water and lots of parking. We are only 3 miles from the Baltimore Beltway, 12 miles from the Inner Harbor! We are adjacent to a local pick your own peaches, apples and berry farm.

1700s Historic Home with 10 acres. The North East river borders one side to run and play, and the railroad line runs along the other side but is fenced. Rabbits, groundhogs, and squirrels are plentiful! Field mowed area in some spots, so not all lawn cut grass at this time. It is mowed regularly but may be of varying heights throughout the summer. Woods are available to walk through; however, no trails are available yet (coming soon!). Privacy in the backyard, may see occasional joggers or fishermen on the street out front. Circular driveway is good for laps. The fenced portion of the yard is only for advance approved usage by very young or small dogs. Please keep dogs off of front porch; Gazebo is available for shade or inclement weather. Sniffspot tote is located under the gazebo in a teal tote. Please leave dirty bowls and towels outside of bin for cleaning.

Discover a Maryland woodland with your dog. Let your dog scramble up a rock wall - nature's parkour, while you soak in the beauty of a cathedral of oak trees. Watch your dog learn with a mirror at dog height, a PVC tube where you talk in one end and the dog listens on the other, start a tug of war on lariet rope, let your dog tumble after a ball on the green hill. Dogs experience the texture of river rocks, mulch, digging dirt, tall grass, rocks, a shallow vintage tub and a sometimes slippery grassy hill. Too chilly? Rent the fire pit! (see extras) Does your dog love the beach? Borrow the Resident Dog Beach Pass to access the private Chesapeake Bay Beach 0.4 miles down the street (free with bookings 2+ hours). Forget a dog towel or snacks? ...or even if you didn't, check out the $5 pet supplies bargain bin. The place accommodates people and pets with disabilities. With advance notice you can back your vehicle directly into the yard. About your host - I was an AirBnB Superhost in downtown Annapolis running a dog-friendly place. When I moved to Pasadena I wanted to continue the tradition, of welcoming both sides of the leash.

If there’s something you need, we are flexible, just let us know! I am about 1.5 miles from route 283 so if you are traveling and need a sniff spot, I am right here! I just added a very basic wash station.

8ac farmhouse property with plenty of options for your dogs to roam around and play. There's plenty of grassy areas to pick from. Very private, quiet, and tucked away in the back away from the main road. We don't have any pets, so yours will be the only ones on the property, and we're rarely home. Feel free to use the triple fenced garden area before we start growing anything. There is new home construction up at the top of the hill they have their own short black fencing around the homes, so just stay beyond the fence. Water pump and doggie bowls available outside near the front right side of the home in front of the outhouse. Trashcans are available at the side of the house across from the shed near the trampoline. There's a basketball hoop and 🏀 if interested in playing as well as some swings for kids closer to the house. Feel free to use it. Lastly, please use Google Maps for navigation instead of Waze as it's the most updated one for finding the property. The way to operate the water pump is to pull the lever up and all the way back and wait a few seconds and the water will come out the hose. PS- if you're ever running late or got lost and some of your paid time is used up please feel free to stay a little longer to make up for it if no one else is booked immediately after you.
