10.5 acre farm in Bensalem pa along the neshaminy creek. We have a barn with 7 goats and 1 cow All dogs are welcome to utilize the trail and creek. Our property is partially fenced in but lots of space to run. Creek is perfect for the dogs to take a dip and trail is walkable. Welcome to our woods which run along the Skippack Creek. Come enjoy a hike through our trails with your buddy. Your pet will have plenty of sniffing to enjoy. We share the land with native vegetation and wildlife. We have almost half a mile of trails to hike through and enjoy through the different seasons. Please be weather wise. When it rains low areas will develop small streams and puddles collect. We recommend bringing a towel or two. Thank you!! Victoria

Welcome to our Delaware oasis, a 10-acre testament to nature’s beauty on a horse farm. Our family’s heart holds a special place for my first dog, Cody, a spirited soul who taught us resilience. If Sniffspot existed then, it would’ve been a haven for us, a place to learn and grow without the fear of hills and unpredictability.
